An excellent opportunity to get out for small shareholders before the reality of it's dire finances, anaemic growth, imminent cash raises and continued losses take their toll and bring the share price down to a more appropriate leve1l (1p maybe?). That's if it can survive of course.

If you read appendix to proposed fund raising document, book closes at 1pm or sooner. So I expect positive confirmation of share placement by then. All good and forward me march.

Arguably BST were/are in far better financial shape than NIPT. Both set of finances are absolutely dire however.

If still in doubt then search for michaelmouse comments on the CPT thread. Guess what? the same suspects and the same outcome.

Some undefined vendetta on my part or just stating the facts to help the naïve or less experienced investors from falling for the naughty tricks of the self styled experts?

cash flow timing is not nonsense - it is part of the working capital cycle - cash out instruments in - instruments out cash in - the uncertainty surrounds the timing of the inflows. Illumina have made a strategic decision to work with Premaitha particularly as it will enable them to replace TFS in SE Asia where Yourgene have a presence. People completely underestimate the positive impact of settling the court case - uncertainty has been replaced with certainty in the eye of the customer and by all analysis Premaitha have a world class product in an expanding the market
