Because I said so. LolI have expected settlement in the past but not for that length of time! I believe as mentioned before that we had a settlement opportunity just before court case started. Tell you what fella. When we settle I look forward to your apology. If we go to appeal you will have mine.

Hjb1,I still think you are flat wrong and a settlement with illumina will be the end result. It's the time it's taking that is the bug-bear. For starters if negs not ongoing then I think, just as we stated was our remedy in rns, that we would have withdrawn from UK by now. We will see, but don't be surprised to see the usual outcome = you are wrong again and I, dear boy, am right. Lmao

trouble is, Illumina don't want to know do they? Not sure what Prem can do about it either?
Prem have tried for a long time to get some sort of resolution, but it takes two to tango, and they ain't interested, so it will go to appeal and beyond no doubt!!

I want illumina debacle resolved more. Then news might have the impact it should. After over 2 years of pain its now nearly a further 8 months since we lost!!
