Look at piddly volumes since Nov 17
Low volume with weak hands chucking in towel and some dilution to support legals and growth
More I research the more compelling.
Got another £10k primed on a dip below 5.5p
Otherwise I'll invest £10k on Gap and Go when this opens up @8p min.

19p on re-rate if litigation sorted

breakeven I thing is a step too far in the last year trade and would be a well above expectation and 20p would be snapped, more realistically is the cash flow positive or neutral excluding litigation costs

if the above will be archived we will rally little but if there is a litigation end especially with an agreement this will rocket

With a PRE-Trading RNS (ODD isnt it) to denote progress (odd again) and it costs them to release an RNS on the exchange tells me one thing - hold onto your hats for a re-rate...

The company would know already how it is doing, so for sure trading update delay is due to litigation direction / decisions, ideally a settlement being agreed and / or corporate action. Either way, feeling optimistic!

Crikey,Not mentioned b/e when advising reporting will be next month. Ffs, wait for the report before claiming no b/e.Imv it will be announced in the trading report and would be bizzare to throw it into today's rns amending timescale!!
