10/6/2016 11:06 | hash; I believe the courts will be looking at Illumina's response next week. | hjb1
10/6/2016 10:54 | "The Court ordered that Illumina has until 28 May 2016 to present any arguments as to why Premaitha's application to include the antitrust defence and counterclaim should not be accepted." If Illumina presented the arguments, what happens next? Especially wrt timescale. | hashertu

10/6/2016 10:02 | You guys really are very emotional and very touchy about stocks you buy in to, never fall in love with stocks you buy, investing is all about sentiment in the market don't fight the market. | kaka47
10/6/2016 09:13 | hijb1 - Best to ignore attention seeking children. Looks like a person spat being played out by at least one lonely child, just filter it. | elrico
10/6/2016 08:35 | case hearing starts October...really? deeply discounted placing...really? unless they change certain things they can't place shares below 10p...as I understand it.. | hjb1
10/6/2016 07:28 | The case hearing doesn't start till October with all this negativity surrounding the SP, if there is placing in few months it would have to be deeply discounted. Funny how management is so quite 100% stinks of placing More dilution on the cards More big dumping this morning Illumina with deep pockets will make sure it's very very long and expensive fight. DEATH BY DILUTION So do you reckon it's safe to get back in then? Lol! Got any more gems kaka4brains. | dire cons

09/6/2016 12:43 | We can assume the overhang has dried up at c20p :-) | elrico

09/6/2016 10:38 | Looking like a 'free for all' on the NHS could be a shoe-in. Time, as ever, will tell. | timojelly
09/6/2016 09:31 | Good link, timo. I would love to know the cost benefits to the NHS, in terms of cash and time saved. It's almost certain to be offered free on this basis as it would be a no brainer, it would appear. | elrico
08/6/2016 12:30 | Yes i have no doubt that people who bought in at the 30p point will eventually make their money and i am sure TW will then claim vindication but of course your sell price is only relevant after you have deducted your buy in price and its that price he has been so far out on. At 30p some will break even, others who did not follow his advice and waited will treble their money. As for Think Big ? well "Think" would be a good starting point :-) | blackss
08/6/2016 12:10 | thinkbig - I have no issue with anyone going short, but I do wish you would make your case so we may learn something. One-liners add nothing, fella. | elrico
08/6/2016 12:07 | BlackSS - You have a point and thanks for correcting my misunderstanding of the point you were making. On paper, it does appear investors that don't have the time to do their own DD and feel the need for pundits/advisors or whatever label we want to give them, some people will perhaps be feeling a tad irked right now. especially those in at 30p or even 15p, but until this has played out those tipping it can point out that they have faith in the LONG term prospects until fundaments change. I do agree with the view that it appears TW has not taken the Illumina suit perhaps more seriously and not anticipated the steep decline in the sp, which has been exacerbated with dumping of stock, which personally feel the nomad and broker did not do their job properly and match a buyer. Perhaps I may be a little harsh here because I not privy to what was going on behind the scenes. That said, it has been my opinion for a while, years in fact, AIM brokers/nomads just do not earn their fee’s as they should in the interest of the companies they supposed to help. | elrico
08/6/2016 11:35 | Wait till the sells come through later | thinkbig?
08/6/2016 11:11 | some nice buys rolling in today gla | runwaypaul
08/6/2016 10:47 | BSS - I agree. As an ex-VIY holder with a circa 23p average, I probably see the NIPT investment from a different PoV than the 'new' investors of NIPT who may have come in at 10p. Nevertheless, we all have to continue to do our own DD and make personal assessments of risk & reward. I pay little attention to TW and the like, but perhaps that's because, despite being landed involuntarily in NIPT, I still did what research I could before investing further funds at c. 10p to average down the overall investment. GLA & DYOR, of course... | philburt |
