Well excuse me for being an investor who likes to be kept informed when the share price has been sliding for a year from 32p to 8p, orders appear to have dried up and even the pundits predictions have been wildly out. If you dont like my posts them filter me.

hardly 'wetting myself', just passing comment that it's not realistic or desirable for the bod to put out a statement every 5 mins just because some investor thinks the price has halved.
btw, the share price at the time of the last statement was a touch under 10p, the share price aint at 5p!

Lastly, it never fails to amaze me how much you whinge on about this thread, start your own 'effing thread if you don't like this one! It's not hard, or filter folk you don't like, although presumably you would be left with reading your own inaccurate whingeing waffle.

Do you have a reference for that statement, or is that a guesstimate from your side? The reason I ask is because I've seen this figure mentioned elsewhere but can't find a direct source.

The situation has changed. The share price has halved again for starters. As i very carefully said " A statement from management now they can see the way this is going" ie: since their last statement, would be reassuring.
It never fails to amuse me how you sit in silence while any number of idiots rubbish this thread but as soon as a legitimate holder expresses a concern you wet yourself

meanwhile Genoma are selling thousands (40/50k this year expected)of units and St George's has doubled it's capacity because of demand from other hospitals..not to mention anything else!

They gave an update on litigation a month ago, they can't put one out every month!
The situation is unchanged from a month ago, that's it.

Its not death, just people getting bored while we wait for summer 2017. I can only think the management couldn't see the blindingly obvious here ? Certainly Winniethrith missed it !! The delay in getting the court case sorted is a disaster and the real problem is we don't know it will not get delayed again as these things do. A statement from management now they can see the way this is going would be useful/reassuring

I see that the big trade was followed by an even bigger one for £41k.....

Now imagine in the NIPT lawyers office, the lawyer has just got off the phone to Illumina's lawyer who has just confirmed they are withdrawing their case and is going to send the paperwork over....

Wonder if the 1st thing the lawyer does is phone his wife and ask her to set up an online trading account in her name, transfer that spare £80k they have lying around in their account into it and then load up with NIPT shares.......

Would be nice if we got a cessation of litigation RNS on Monday. Must be some explanation for todays big trades.

For the avoidance of doubt, the above is just frivolity on my part - I am not suggesting that their is any such agreement or that the lawyer would behave that way!

Anyway, nice to see the big buying interest today!

As an aside, I see Premaitha have been promoting their video's on Twitter today.

Was it yours? There has 500k available to buy all day but that 300k took out a big chunk and now one can only get a quote for 100k. I wouldn't want to tempt fate by assuming that might be the overhang gone but it certainly all helps.

QD turned out to be a good idea with no use despite VIY and its attempts to invent one. the whole thing was a con in my opinion, contracts that were worthless, it was just talked up to be something it wasnt.
NIPT has nothing to do with VIY, they bought the company because it was cheaper than starting a new one. I imagine Samgi is still fiddling about with QD somewhere...The old VIY management in true AIM form managed to pay themselves handsomely right up till the end for doing absolutely sod all. Bunch of con men.

Would someone be kind enough to give me a quick update. I invested in the Viology for Quantum D and lost interest when I lost most of my investment when they became Premaitha. I understand the current incarnation and believe this product could really take off although I guess this litigation is hanging over us. The bit I don't understand is what happened to Quantum D? I thought we still had a small stake. Did it go bust or close down or did the BOD give it to Mr Gupta for nowt.

Bought in here today guys :)) thought there was to much upside potential to miss out on!! Valuation at 24p much higher than current lows...just needs is good news on the patient which we might receive at the end of May!!
