It is now!! |
Helpfull makes me laugh. Using trend lines on E&P. Comical. Just as scientific as mystic meg.
Keep it coming helpfull :-) |
Don't you think that there would be ramping guff from management before a raise? Not when the share price is on the floor. Use your noggin |
Placing coming sooner than expected? |
What's up here, looks as though someone has kicked the props away. Not a holder any more because I never trusted the spin management were dishing out. That said I thought Paul Griffiths had a discovery here, was that hot air on his part and not commercial gas? |
The force is strong here.
"You're better off joining your chum helpless on the other page"
Stinging.
In afraid there are a lot of rabbits staring into the headlights after the road has collapsed beneath their feet.
The long term upward trendline has decisively broken.
If you're lucky it's 5p, unlucky it's 2p.
Be careful. |
Hey Div. You're better off joining your chum helpless on the other page. He was peddling that guff 3/4 years ago. You could share stories about how the force is strong, blah blah blah
I'm LTH and see this as a bump in the road. Swabbing is quite normal, as is acid wash/nitrogen which may yet still be needed.
MOU5 is the real reason I'm here. So am happy to wait and see what happens there before reassessing my position.
PS any potential fund raise doesnt scare me either. It would still fit my risk/reward profile.
Enjoy your short term trade. Hope it comes off for you. |
Yep, it seems like the Moroccan powers that be are not above a little influence peddling to swing assets in their favour. A salutary message for Prd if it ever gets that far. |
This is interesting as there is a bilateral trade agreement between the two countries.PRD if they have a future problem could utilise it!Emmerson PLC (AIM:EML) Notice of dispute with Moroccan Government Abm November 1, 2024STATEMENT REGARDING NOTICE OF DISPUTE WITH MOROCCAN GOVERNMENTEmmerson, the Moroccan focused potash development company, provides an update on its position with respect to its assets and investments in Morocco.Emmerson has formally notified the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco ("Morocco" or "the Government") that there is an investment dispute between Emmerson and the Government. The Company has engaged Boies Schiller Flexner LLP as its litigation counsel and is examining various funding avenues for an investment dispute. The dispute arises out of various breaches, by the Government and its Agents, of the Agreement between the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco for the Promotion and Protection of Investments, which was signed on 30 October 1990 and entered into force on 14 February 2002 (the "BIT").The BIT provides that Emmerson may submit its dispute for settlement by arbitration to the International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes ("ICSID").There is no requirement under the BIT to notify Morocco of Emmerson's intention to submit a claim to arbitration and therefore, the Company has no obligation to wait for any specific period of time before commencing arbitration.Nevertheless, before proceeding to arbitration, Emmerson has, in good faith and in the spirit of cooperation, invited Morocco to engage in discussions regarding cash compensation for the damages incurred because of Morocco's breaches of the BIT, with a view to achieving an amicable resolution of the dispute. If such discussions with Morocco are unsuccessful, Emmerson intends to submit a claim for arbitration under the BIT, seeking damages for the harm described above, plus interest, costs, and any such further relief as the Tribunal may deem appropriate in the circumstances. The Company remains hopeful that its dispute with the Government can be resolved amicably. The Company will consider any and all other actions necessary to ensure its rights are preserved.Emmerson has always conducted its business in Morocco to the highest environmental and ethical standards, often well in excess of the local regulatory requirements, adhering strictly to local laws. The Khemisset Potash Project is one of the most strategically valuable fertiliser assets on the African Continent, especially for Morocco, which currently imports significant quantities of potash to its global fertiliser company, OCP.With the implementation of its proprietary (and patent pending) KMP design, the Company was targeting the production of potash alongside several complementary fertiliser products that would have employed the lowest water usage of any potash mine globally, with the elimination of waste brines entirely, in order to create the world's most environmentally sustainable potash mine. |
And who knows Lonny could be on Zenith books now as when he was with SDX he used Zenith to drill the wells |
Just thinking about PG's interview when he said (words to the effect of) that he had to make changes over the summer to speed things up. This, to my mind, can only mean that Lonny was replaced by Zenith so that the flow was assured asap. Lonny by himself would have taken a loooong time. And, as we know, PG is notoriously stingy, so he would not have made that more expensive decision if the assurance was unlikely. Having said that, some of the folk have opted for shares over cash, so might actually work out close to cash neutral!
I reckon that all we need to do is wait. I have waited patiently for a few years. I would kick myself if my patience wore thin, this close to the prize. |
I would also like DIVMAD to explain his swabbing as a last resort comment...ffs.. |
Could you elaborate on the "too many messed up drills and bad geotechnical decisions" please dan? Always happy to learn from an expert wherever I can.
Ta. |
Yes and predator in comparison is not ok
The story has been dragged out for too long, too many messed up drills and bad geotechnical decisions all while the board get paid |
Blimey. Just read your previous posts Dan. Are you ok bud? |
They will need to fund raise soon, as early as December? |
The force is strong here.
There's only 1 chart in town:
free stock charts from uk.advfn.com
The share price nudged back up against the long term upward trendline.
And it moved back inside the lower Bollie band (oopsy, a second chart):

The next few days might be a good time to exit if the share price shadows the lower Bollie band downwards.
Interesting to watch.
Be careful. |
Great, thanks FMS!
"Predator is currently involved in an ongoing and extensive rigless testing programme at the MOU-3 well (in the Guercif licence) based on biogenic dry gas being discovered during the drilling of the well. The rigless testing programme involves several phases of testing involving the application of different technologies to address the ability to overcome formation damage whilst drilling due to the very high mud weights being required to effect drilling progress. The entire testing programme will take several more months but is important as it will define the way forward to use the existing wells drilled by Predator as potential gas producers and to extend the current well inventory to potentially develop a larger material biogenic gas play covering a core area of at least 68km2. All the current 2023 and 2024 drilling and testing data are currently being incorporated by management in a coordinated study to ensure that future appraisal and development wells are designed to overcome difficult drilling as well as targeting shallower overpressured gas that could not be safely tested in MOU-3 due to the original well design."
The above....is exactly what is happening. PG simply confirmed it. All going to plan. What a shame some folk struggle to read simple English and don't have the patience (or the means) to simply.......hold. looking forward to Feb :-) |
Oh, you mean how MOU3 doesn't flow commercially but they're trying swabbing now as a last resort. And how they are putting all their Guercif eggs in the MOU5 speculative wildcat drill. Yes I missed that in the last RNS. Strange that. |
Hi Ohdear
Is this what your after? |
Could someone please send me a link to the official RNS that PG put out recently, drilling the change of drilling schedule and focus now on MOU-5 in Q1 2025? Oh, wait a minute, he tried to bury the poor news in an interview with no Q&A facility. Typically bad management response. |
The force is strong here.
It's a close call as to whether the upward trendline is broken, I would agree.
It will be an interesting watch over the next few months.

The sharply falling moving averages would suggest that the trendline has broken.
