The helium estimate is based on finger up in the air. When Paul couldnt find any gas he comes up with something else to save his salary and his shares. |
Compare it to HE1's flagship Rukwa project.
"Rukwa hosts independently verified (SRK-2020) Best-Estimate Unrisked Prospective Recoverable Helium Resource (2U/P50) of 138Bcf, making this the largest known primary helium resource in the world"
Predator:
"Potential gross estimates of in-place He for the P50 upside case are 104.31 BCF based on a global averaged scenario of 1.298% He and 598.88 BCF for the P10 upside case based on a global averaged scenario of 4.066% He."
And, clearly, Predator has soooooooooo much more than just the helium. And yet, HE1's market cap is higher. Go figure. I suspect this disconnection in PRD's market cap / share price will not last too much longer. |
prospective gas resources on 8 August 2024 and relates almost entirely to hydrocarbon gas carrier presence.
Issuance of shares to advisors
Several advisers have requested to take shares for services to show their alignment with the Company's strategy regarding the near-term drilling of MOU-5 and the assessment of the potential for helium in a large geological structure based on global settings for the presence of helium including, but not limited to, the supergiant Hassi R'Mel gas field in Algeria to the east of Guercif.
Accordingly the Company has issued 1,491,889 new ordinary shares ("Shares") at a price of 0.0925 pence per Share in lieu of adviser fees totalling £138,000.
Application is being made for the 1,491,889 Shares to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange which is expected to be on or around 3 October 2024. These shares rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
Following the issue of the 1,491,889 Shares, the Company's issued ordinary share capital shall consist of 571,874,754 ordinary shares.
This figure of 571,874,754 represents the total voting rights in the Company and should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance & Transparency Rules.
Paul Griffiths, Chief Executive Officer of Predator, commented:
"Given the potential size of the MOU-5 structure and its geological setting, this independent report on He potential enhances the case for the evaluation of potential helium presence in MOU-5. Although at an early stage of evaluation the opportunity to assess the ability to add value to an area development should not be missed.
The Company is delighted to have received an unsolicited proposal from advisers to take shares as a measure of the understanding and confidence that exists in the Company's near-term newsflow activity."

Kq1, whilst the other BB is down, could you perhaps post your numbers on the He content of MOU-5 here? TIA. |

Helpfull does not post on LSE.
Helpfull has never had an account on LSE.

RE: Gas density?26 Sep 2024 06:59 AV,
Helpfull left this board sometime ago with his tail between his legs and has had something of a chip on his shoulder ever since. You still didn’t answer my question about why you keep quoting him as if he is the Messiah or something?
Perhaps the poster "ParetoPrinciple" would like to explain his deceit before Helpfull decides to join LSE and confront him there.
Maybe just a little person trying to curry favour (again)?

MOU-2.
Re-interpretation of the MOU-2 penetrated section confirmed that MOU-2 had in fact fully penetrated the intended primary objective but was not capable of being evaluated by wireline logs. MOU-2 recovered 3 gas samples from 3 separate sands between 525.5 and 674 metres measured depth with associated gas peaks. These sands are behind well casing and therefore were not evaluated by a wireline logging programme.
The MOU-3 well drilled later in 2023 encountered some shallow over-pressured gas in the equivalent MOU-2 section which could not be logged or tested after a risk evaluation as the casing design and cement integrity at the shallow level posed a risk of uncontrolled gas flow if the over-pressured section was perforated. This interval could be perforated and tested in MOU-2. MOU-2 was safely suspended for future well re-entry and testing of the shallow gas."
Additional wells.
"The Company is foreseeing the drilling of appraisal and or development wells in late 2024 and early 2025 to potentially, if successful, add incremental gas resources to support and extend the production profiles of a CNG project and, potentially, with the MOU-5 well drilled and tested, gas resources of a sufficient size to service the gas-to-power market in Morocco. The evaluation of the potential for helium presence will also be examined. Funding and timing of this discretionary drilling programme will be dictated by the opportunity for partial monetisation of gas assets in Guercif and or an equity placing and or production revenues generated by Cory Moruga."
---- the additional wells statement is 2/3s way down in interims: 'going concern' section and so easily overlooked. the way the above reads, suggests no further drilling required at mou2 |
Dr Boldy. Pieces falling nicely into place. There will still be some who are not able to see the bigger picture of course. That is a pity....for them. |

Marvellous. Unbelievable. Idiocy.
Still no flow rate.
But the dreams get bigger and bigger.
It's all about faith.
Belief.
The rewards are so great, it cannot be avarice.
It is simply recompense for being correct for so long.
Not wanting to appear complacent but isn't £42 a little on the dreary side now.
Don't ask the man with the white beard what he has in the sack on his back.
He is doing all this for you.

Defo open to a farmout of potential CNG development in Morocco but from a local company. |
Theres so many positives in that RNS its knowing which is the best one to comment on.. so i won't bother going into great depth, but the Ireland farmout is tantalisingly close!! |
This sentence stuck out for me:
"As MOU-2 is still accessible in the well through a properly engineered re-entry, there is no basis to consider an impairment provision for accumulated MOU-2 well costs to date." |
"The outlook for the remainder of 2024 will see the initial Sandjet rigless testing programme in Morocco completed and longer term pressure monitoring of the MOU-3 well Ma Sand reservoir instigated. Depending on the data collected and analysed there may or may not be a requirement for additional work to demonstrate the production capabilities of the MOU-3 well. At this point in the future a partial divestment process of the CNG project may be initiated. Delivering the MOU-5 high impact drilling programme remains an absolute priority."
All looking good for a stellar final quarter. |
Uncrossed trade shenanigans ? |
This be'atch is primed for a serious move upwards 🚀.. ALL ABOARD!!!!! |
Full year results anouncement will be sometime in the next week. Expecting to learn much more about the current campaign at that time. |
Cat33 is Louis10 on LSE. Well known troll.is also likely likely oilman jim himself. Out to scoop a few gullible £20pm subscribers no doubt. My advice is AVOID! |
The force is strong here.
It started out in 2021 with Mou-1 and the hope that it would be tested and a flow rate produced.
They raised cash and instead lost a director.
In 2024 shareholders hoped they would test Mou-1, Mou-3 or Mou-4 but they couldn't in February with small perforating guns.
A change in testing equipment and later in the year, another director lost, no flow rates and new people brought in to help.
For those reading between the lines and filling in the dots that is better than good enough.
Oh for the olden days when testing was accompanied by a flow rate.
This Griffiths guy is too modern for my liking.
Be careful. |
100k at 9.44p just went through |
I see folk over on LSE are getting excited about the wording in a Zenith release.
They need to know that Zenith are merely referencing the PRD RNS when they say 'world-class'. That is why those words are in between a pair of ''s. So, in effct, means absolutely nothing.
The interesting thing, however, is that the article references MOU5 only. I'd assumed they were brought in to help with MOU1, 3, 4 (and maybe 2) as well? |
And reading yesterday's RNS. Bearing in mind we now have a competent communications company handling the words of any rns (as opposed to the previous PG pidgin), the following sentence stands out:
"Dr. Tingas has worked with the Company's CEO on reservoir engineering projects offshore Ireland following the successful testing of gas at commercial rates in 2006 and 2007; on the reservoir engineering for the Tendrara field onshore Morocco in 2013, following which an appraisal well flowed at a high rate; and on the Company's Inniss-Trinity CO2 EOR project in Trinidad, where enhanced oil production was achieved."
Note, the use of the word "following". |
Lonny's outburst on X was on 2nd June.
He left the Company on, or just before, 16th November.
Don't a lot of managerial contracts have a 3 months notice period? |
