Investor discussions surrounding Predator Oil & Gas Holdings Plc (PRD) from December 13 to December 20, 2024, reveal a mixed sentiment influenced by recent market dynamics and critical regulatory challenges in Ireland. One notable highlight was a substantial sell-off of 512k shares, countered by multiple 50k buy orders, indicating an underlying belief in the stock's potential amidst volatility. The comments reflect a community engaging with both optimism and concern, as seen in phrases like “the force is strong here” and “there’s something happening,” suggesting a cautious sense of excitement among some investors.
Financially, the discussions implied a tense atmosphere, largely driven by potential regulatory hurdles facing fossil fuel exploration in Ireland. A contributor noted the legal obligation to honor existing licenses, while others expressed skepticism about future government support for such licensing. The consensus among commenters emphasized the urgency of addressing Ireland's energy strategies, with worries that inaction could lead to encompassing economic repercussions: “Ireland risks becoming a total basket case unless it addresses its energy issues pronto.” Overall, investor sentiment appears to be balancing between cautious optimism regarding stock performance and significant concern over external regulatory pressures.

The helium estimate is based on finger up in the air. When Paul couldnt find any gas he comes up with something else to save his salary and his shares. |
Compare it to HE1's flagship Rukwa project. |
prospective gas resources on 8 August 2024 and relates almost entirely to hydrocarbon gas carrier presence. |

Dr Boldy. Pieces falling nicely into place. There will still be some who are not able to see the bigger picture of course. That is a pity....for them. |

Defo open to a farmout of potential CNG development in Morocco but from a local company. |
Theres so many positives in that RNS its knowing which is the best one to comment on.. so i won't bother going into great depth, but the Ireland farmout is tantalisingly close!! |
This sentence stuck out for me: |
"The outlook for the remainder of 2024 will see the initial Sandjet rigless testing programme in Morocco completed and longer term pressure monitoring of the MOU-3 well Ma Sand reservoir instigated. Depending on the data collected and analysed there may or may not be a requirement for additional work to demonstrate the production capabilities of the MOU-3 well. At this point in the future a partial divestment process of the CNG project may be initiated. Delivering the MOU-5 high impact drilling programme remains an absolute priority." |
