Dont think so.

What we need on PRD is clarity on how MOU-2 will be paid for.

Are we still looking at farm out and 3 well campaign ?

Or is it now going to be placing and single well at MOU-2 ?


All a bit unclear now after the last 2 updates and that is what people dont like.

Maybe they are suggesting to the farmees that they can do it without them, hurry TFU and decide as we will be doing it this year with or without you.

Can you name another well or company that has a gas well that has 35-40% porosity with 2-5 Darcy permeability ONSHORE and next to a major pipeline?

Agree nametrade, also why give up equity when you don't have too! No financing required will test MOU1 & 2 and then use the monies to fund the others! Perfect, well done PG & Lonny :-)

The water gets murkier.

From 17 Mar 2022 RNS:

"Civil works MOU-4 and MOU-5; Upon receipt of all regulatory, environmental and partner approvals build the well pads at MOU-4 and MOU-5; 250,000"

and from 12 May 2022 RNS:

"Environmental Impact Assessment for MOU-4, MOU-5 and MOU-NE well locations approved"

No mention of Mou-2. The plan has obviously changed. Now back to the old plan of using horse and cart and selling at the well head? Suggests the farmees have been put on the back burner. Or gone. Another no show in getting someone else to fund the show? Maybe.

Noticed how Mou-1 is now the "extreme western feather edge of the Moulouya Fan"? Almost preparing everyone for a poor testing result?

I would guess the "new plan" is to drill just MOU-2 and then do the CNG...... eg, if no farm out then they will do a placing to drill MOU-2.

So either they do a farm out for 3 wells......or they keep 100% and self fund MOU-2 only and do a 1 well campaign.

Did I miss the part about 60 days? I would think that is quite important. There is no mention where the $3,300,000 for the drill is coming from? It appears the mug punter is supposed to get all excited and raise the share price. What is the RNS all about?

Ssssshhhhusssshhhhh! The next cash raise has been announced today. How many is that? Four? Five?

What happened to Mou-4 and Mou-5? And Mou-NE? The plan changes every couple of months:

"Civil works to construct the MOU-4 and MOU-5 well pads will commence following receipt of all outstanding regulatory, environmental and partner approvals"

That was what the last cash raise on 17 Mar 2022 was to be used for. What's it all about Alfie? Have all the "outstanding regulatory, environmental and partner approvals" been obtained for Mou-2? Expect Mou-1.65 next. Over one year since Mou-1 and still no test. It was supposed to be done with Mou-4 and Mou-5 tests as of late. Not now.

Confused? You bet.

It's now over a year since the Mou-1 result. And still no test. Some people think Predator will drill three wells in 2022. On paper they have many times. There's no end of people who will tell you the result of those three wells. And what will be done with the spoils.

It is coming up to 2 months since the 12 May 2022 RNS announcing:

"a sixty day period of exclusivity to complete technical due diligence and to negotiate commercial terms"

Two months is sixty days,isn't it? Posters are scathing about Ireland dithering, T&T dithering, the Morccan authorities dithering, partners dithering. The reality appears to be Predator is dithering. And have been doing so for a long time.
