MOU-5 well potential https://smallcappix.com/blogdetail?id=33 |
Not really Hopeful,
I am convinced that there will be a serious uplift in the share price when farm outs (or sales) happen. As ever it's a question of when not if.
I am unable to comment on MOU1,3 and 4 except to say the recent departure of Lonny means something very wrong has happened which reduces my confidence there (incidentally the top of MOU3 should flow (IPR)) whatever else is happening. I sense that more investment might be needed to unlock the biogenetic gas which is why a farmout (with deferred consideration) may well happen.... to a local company.
The Green party is unlikely to feature in the new Irish Government as they had 7% or 8% of the electorate last time. That is just not going to recur in the oncoming Irish election.(see online poll of polls). Farmout of South Corrib is likely (imho). The Irish are not committed to long term LNG and imported Norwegian gas so indigenous gas with low scope 1 emissions is still plausible (sadly unlike the UK). Also no question Ireland needs gas storage so Shannon or Mag Mell or both. Why not reverse the interconnector from the UK as storage is still a problem for the UK. I like the way Kistos are making money from storage with 3 income streams one of which is buying at today's rates and selling at future rates.
Who knows what will happen in T and T but there is low hanging fruit there.
Then there is MOU5 the huge thermogenetic Jurassic (plus Helium)
Just to say PG can't go on forever with such a small team. Farm-outs/sales will help a lot and must happen sooner rather than later. PG must start cashing in on the PRD assets and think about a retirement (and a book). |

The same old trap.
Raise for flow testing of Mou-1, Mou-3 and Mou-4.
But no flow rates produced (yet).
Already posters are conditioned to move on to the ever larger Mou-5 with all that light, fluffy helium (I think it is lighter than methane and will sit on top).
Big numbers but no flow rate, I suspect.
Extrapolate to your heart's content.
£58.90.
Be careful. |
You’ve created a proper little echo chamber on here, Stinky Pete. Well done x |
I am also leaving that to the experts. You felt you had caught management out when in fact you know naff all. A little knowledge is dangerous ....be careful.
Keep that strong force between your cheeks. We know the force is strong as the excrement is still exuding out of your typing fingers. I confess to knowing absolutely nothing about Helium exploration btw. |
The force is strong here.
I think a flow rate should be on your wish list.
When there isn't one it leaves the whole field open from "no flow was obtained" or "we're trying hard to achieve one" to "its a downright gusher, the dollar notes are being blown into the sky".
Still hoping for £58.90.
Be careful. |
Also on my wish list is that we had an independent competent person reporting on their detailed findings! |
Such is the joy of statistics and seals on the various sands. Think your name should be " Hopeful" with that share price prediction! You might have to be a geologist, or something remote like that, to understand how a sample at MOU 3 can be extrapolated into the Jurassic. No mention of testing MOU 4 in last RNS and would have thought they might have flow tested the bottom before drilling MOU 5 but maybe a geologist might know more than me. No feedback on the field trip to the Jurassic outcrop but then a geologist might know more about that than me. Just wish we had two geologists working in the Company! |

The myth of helium.
"Seven gas samples collected in isotubes in MOU-3 whilst drilling at measured depths of 446, 508, 555, 750, 817, 846 and 1395 metres were analysed by Applied Petroleum Technology (UK) Ltd. ("APT") in their Oslo laboratory. Gas composition is in the range 98.04 to 99.57% methane"
"The gas sample analysed at 1395 metres MD KB in the Moulouya Fan in MOU-3, unlike any other shallower gas sample collected whilst drilling, showed evidence for the presence of helium"
Seven gas samples and only one showed the presence of helium.
But helium is a "light" gas and hasn't managed to migrate upwards.
Some experts were opining that all the helium would be updip, it being lighter, but no evidence of helium being upwardly mobile in Mou-3.
So the maximum percentage of helium in Mou-3 is 1.96% (if all the non methane gas is helium) but only evidence of helium was announced, not a percentage.
Move on to Mou-5 and 104.31 BCF(P50) of helium is envisaged as 1.76% of 5.916 TCF (P50) of methane.
Based on global averages.
Not on Mou-3 sampling.
Bear in mind the "evidence of helium" sample could have been nearer the 0.43% mark.
And ignore that no evidence of helium was announced for the other six samples from the same well.
Any straw in a storm.
Despite the lack of flow rate news and no evidence of uplift in share price of share volume, I am rerating my target price to £58.90 allowing for the spiffing news about helium potential.
Be careful. |
How's GEX doing purplesquat, not too good going by the daily decline, you must have lost a bob or two seeing as you keep panicking and sulking and sell up than buy in again only to see the share price fall again... You mug! |
utter junk broker note

Doubt it very much, Jim. ;-)
Clearly struggling for subscriptions imo
Enjoy your weekend. |
Interesting helium numbershttps://oilman.beehiiv.com/p/oilman-jim-s-letter-october-6-2024Nice summary, worth reading |

148p optimistic?
Not on your nelly.
Still £42 and counting here.
Who are Oak Securities and Jerry Keen.
Now appearing at the foot of every Predator RNS.
What happened to Fox-Davies Capital and Jerry Keen?
They used to appear at the foot of every Predator RNS.
Much heralded, but they weren't as lavish with their valuations.
You get what you pay for, I suppose.
Be careful |
I suspect that ONHYM took a dim view of Lonny's posts on X. There is an awful lot riding on Guercif, so announcements will be strictly under the control of the State authorities, including Mohamed VI. |
This seems a rather optimistic note:
They have a price target of 148p?!?!?!?!
