Greens in Ireland got 2.4% of the vote in local elections. Do that in the oncoming general election (not announced yet but before Feb 2025) then it will be goodbye Greens.
Low scope 1 emission indigenous gas is the answer for the transition and for whatever reason the UK and Ireland historically are just not getting it right;....in fact making a complete pig's ear of it.
Some hope for Ireland although the UK now looks like they are going to get the North Sea very badly wrong with high oil and gas taxes. Economic suicide. |
