Sincerely hope Pro is ok, but with no postings on here and elsewhere does concern me about his health.I believe others have met him at various company meetings (as per forum talk) and hence why I believe him to be a male. |
Don't know but not seen on ADVFN since mid December and wondered who the seller was at PRD in last two weeks. Chunky sales went through. I feel he would not be selling if he was in control. |
I have also been concerned about pro.....even though i have absolutely no idea who he/she is. No posting since before Christmas (when the HE1 share price went wrong) on either advfn (where he posted very prolifically) or X. Hope he/she is ok. |
That is sad to hear if true Mario |
Who sold them for him, is he in trouble? |
Sadly I feel something bad has happened to Pro and his 5m shareholding here has been sold completely for him in the last two weeks. |
No one here knows anything definite so patience is required. |
Ohdear
It was just light hearted sarcasm as our management haven't officially told us it has commenced and one should never assume
Why would we not get an update after ph1 ? Surely if positive they would like to update themarket as sandjet should be better flow |
mariopeter,Thanks for that. I read the updates and, depending on nature of the formation and deliverability to market, it seems there could be varying ranges.Watching with interest.Cash |
Welcome to PRD cashandcard . In the last operations update 26th January they reckon if they got 1-3 mmcfpd from each of the MOU 1 and MOU 3 wells that would make it viable for cfg development.
It is thought if they flow like the neighbouring Gharb region the flow rates would be much greater. Many similarities to Gharb and our geologist CEO thinks analogous. Lots of varying sands. |
Read the rns's / ITR.
Ohdear. |
What is the minimum stabilised flow required for commerciality?Cash |
I suspect we are in the middle of phase 2 testing. |
Commencing? |
We must be close to commencing testing |
The force is strong here.
Horses are getting put behind the carts here.
Phase 2 testing is being done before Phase 1 is completed.
"Regulatory approval of the Guercif Petroleum Agreement Amendment #4, which is proposing to extend the Initial Period of the Guercif Petroleum Agreement to 5 June 2024, is a pre-requisite before Phase 2 testing operations can commence".
No announcement of regulatory approval has been made, so Phase 2 cannot have started.
There have been no leaks at Predator.
Mistakes have been made before about what is going on; testing having been said to have started in November 2023, and then December.
Remember:
"For the avoidance of doubt" .
The simple answer is that everyone should wait for result(s) of Phase 1.
Navel gazing and satellite watching might be confusing the animals.
Those horses are not to blame.
Be careful. |
Interesting post on LSE from a trusted poster.

RE: Satellite viewsToday 13:29 @donalb - just discussing the water at MOU-3 with someone offline. They agree the pool in the centre is odd - drill pads drain away from the centre - and we had both come to the conclusion that SandJet may already be in use at MOU-3.
And...
RE: Sandjet TestingToday 16:41 Was somewhat sceptical as regards the possible commencement of sandjet testing already, but having gone back and forth (date wise) with the satellite images (using the moisture index) and noticing what looks like pools of water suddenly showing on the 12.02.24 satellite pass over MOU-3.
At the same time I discounted the possibility of a sudden rain downpour, by checking out the wider area (date wise), which showed no major discernable difference. 👀

Phase 2
"Phase 2 rigless testing operations using Sandjet are planned to commence in early February to early March. The duration of operations is forecast to be for up to 21 days."
And...
RE: Sandjet TestingToday 16:51 This is a major bonus for holders if Sandjet has started. They must have had commercial flow rates from the rigless testing whcih commenced on 29th jan
Anyone else excited? |
In addition this comment from the 12/1/24 RNS:The discretionary drilling programme may have to be aligned with a requirement to further develop the CNG industrial gas market above the 50 mm cfgpd cap set in the Afriquia Gaz Collaboration Agreement. |
Awaiting flows and worth looking at annual post tax profit at differing levels of flows. Don't know what the max LNG demand is but been suggested 50mmcfd. I got the first two numbers from p 16 of the attached presentation below and guessed the 50mmcfd number which is not unreasonable:
4mmcfd Annual post tax profit is $7.8m 34mmcfd Annual post tax profit is $66.1m 50mmcfd Annual post tax profit is $100m.
SO if you can make those profits in 1 year you could probably sell the subsidiary for 10 times (my guess as low capex and fiscal backdrop) the annual profit and we know it will be sold soon. That would be a billion $ company at 50mmsfd or £793m stg or
£1.40 per share.
Don't lose out at 20p! and then there is gas to power and the Jurassic to Europe on top (as well as Eire and T and T).
Just waiting on flow rates but if one well flows at 50mmcfd two wells would be double etc. That's where volumes come in. Wells are very very cheap onshore. |
This feels like one of those few in a lifetime opportunities. The disconnect between the current value and the possible (probable?) value is simply enormous. And zero debt. |
Notice that Lonny has posted on X today (not about PRD of course...........something entirely different) for the first time since end of Jan. But it does demonstrate (to me at least) that he is quite relaxed atm. Maybe reading too much into it. But that, alongside the jungle drums, suggests that things are progressing very nicely.
As ever, we will see soon enough. |
Correct...I also added today. Feels like a gift price imho!. |
Bought a few more today.
I can't believe the share price is where it is with the various rumours circulating. I guess it just demonstrates that there is virtually zero appetite for speculating on O&G these days.........which isn't necessarily a bad thing of course.
