Are we "fully funded"? |
mariopeter Thanks for your kind offer but I'm staying put in JSE which has performed very well for me so far and realistically has the makings of being a 3-5 bagger next year from current levels. Good luck with PRD...I hope that it all works out for you. (ps. From personal experience... don't buy coal mining shares..;+)) |
Well done Badger. Stick it all into PRD a great Company with delayed brill news to come. Plenty of dosh and will be in production with little capex next year on two fronts. Tell a lie think they may sell Morocco when proved up. |
#1277You should really learn how to spell (develope).....it makes you look stupid..... |
..,...fwiw I printed circa 80k on JSE.......which leaves my residual position at about 24p. |
the fund raise at the time seemed hugely unnecessary, premature and frustrating - now it feels like a bit of a masterstroke. Almost as if PG didn't himself believe the timelines he was throwing out. But we are where we are and we are fully funded for what could be a thrilling start to the new year. |
Sold the coal shares.....cost me 175 quid. With the way that things aren't going at PRD a fundraiser of sorts will be needed. As it stands they have failed to deliver anything that was promised since the last derisory 11p fundraiser....ergo the share price is tanking. Paul talks the talk but earthquakes, floods and other problems are eating into the 8 Mio that was raised.....with nothing of a substantive nature achieved. For a company with no income and all cash burn, whatever is left is reducing as the weeks go by. |
magnum opus let's wait and see. |
Haha nice try badger,
Will not be another fundraise you watch. A simple comparison of cash at bank and cost of flow testing would make that obvious. Suggest you stick to mining and JORC reports. You must be one of the last people on earth investing in coal. Whatever floats your boat. |
The force is strong here.
The need for a cash call is way off.
The CEO would be defending innocent shareholders and blaming the fall in share price on everyone but himself, otherwise.
And there would be one of those slick[sic] videos with smiley, happy faces.
Be careful. |
Thanks badger. I am anticipating a fund raise at 0.5p. Give or take 0.1p. |
I wonder at what share price that the next fundraiser will come at? The last one came at a circa 50% discount to the share price 2 weeks or so after it was trading at 20+ p. Ongoing expenses with still no substantive flow tests or real progress suggest that more cash will be needed.Perhaps or 5 or 6p based on the current share price is if they're lucky. How much they'll need is debatable. The dilution could be painful, added to which the current market is not conducive to raising cheap equity......or funding. |
Absolutely Trop nice and cheap with a low cash burn. The great work gets done eventually doesn't it? Maybe you would prefer a high cash burn rate and achieve nothing (HE1). |
Supplies are running low more chewing gum and string please. |
Needs another farm-in for the cash to develope the Chariot asset. Energean do not have the dosh to develope nor will they for the next 5 years at least assuming a decent oil price. |

Be careful. |
Oh yes and SDX chasing bubbles and redirecting to green stuff in their recent rns. |
Bit surprised at Chariot's farm-in on Morocco assets today. The partner has a market cap of $4b and net debt of $3.9b. Be quite a while before that gets off the ground if you ask me. That's why the CHAR share price is down today. A seemingly poor farm-in but leaves the Moroccan market open for PRD. Reminded me of Premier and Rockhopper. |
Am looking forward to the CPR from Trinidad this month and was intrigued that it could be as big as Morocco (presumably without the Jurassic proved up).
In my head, Morocco (if she flows well) is capable of producing $120m post tax a year on CNG alone.
Anyway we glean from PG just how big Morocco is currently from the hopeful numbers in cpr on Trinidad . Bit of an oxymoron.
That's my interpretation. Circumstances being normal, can only see upside on the share price this month in the lead up to this revelation of a cpr from Trinidad.
Good things come to those who wait. |

Wonder if the 25 Tcf crew are loading up at these low prices? |
The second RNS wasn't about free shares, bonuses or options as far as I can see. Carl Kidinger bought a further 210K. |
