Been wondering and wondering why presales are preferable before testing. The only reason I can think of, that makes sense, is ONHYM want the local market contracted for supply from the license at a good price before the full extent of the discovery is disclosed to the world and before PRD sell. Next news presales to the locals on CNG before the new CPR and flow testing. |

The obvious issue with that is he said testing would likely begin 16th Oct and if that changed he would tell us. Now he tells us, three weeks later, hidden away at the very tail end of a comment on a NR about something completely different.
If you wanted to create uncertainty you couldn't do a better job. |
