Just to refine Pro's advice.... buy when the PPI numbers are good/ok in the US October inflation report. If bad run for the hills. Inflation peaks in the US in October. |
AIM market getting close now to the 700 level....which is where the bottom normally is apart from extreme events, like the Covid crash.
Even though PRD is not AIM.......its traded like it is.
When everyone is shouting sell a crash is coming, its soon time to start buying. |
That means Paul is busy............generally. |
I'm still holding pro, but sorry the comms post raise have been awful... |
Generally means Paul is either deal making or excited by new data and crunching it........ |
It seems deafeningly quiet... |
When the markets dive down because of the US government money crisis in September, it generally means a rally in Oct/Nov/Dec.
I am actually quite glad we will not get any testing news now until into October.....we want news just as markets turn upwards as "the crash does not happen - yet again"......... and the rally starts into year end. |
So only 4 more days to wait for test results lol |
My superglue holding firm!!! |
They were rollovers. Clearly. |
IMO they’ve stolen a few shares for those buys and dropped the price. |
x2 900k buys |
Hopefully the seller has been taken out with that 900k buy. |

'The culmination of the Jurassic carbonate target now lies 2.6 kilometres to the southeast of the MOU-4 well location and significantly higher than at the MOU-4 well location.' |
This must be the nappy wetters board. Pmsl |
Location of MOU-5 / TIT-1 / JUR-1
A few questions being raised about the proposed location of the next drill appraising the Jurassic carbonate structure formerly known as MOU-NE, now Titanosaurus. As understanding of this structure has increased, especially after drilling into the edge of it with MOU-4, so I suspect the proposed drill location has changed. This is the history, my CAPS for emphasis:
12 May 2022 RNS.
"The MOU-NE drilling lead has now been mapped at the base of the forecast reservoir sequence with a structural closure covering 102 km² [now larger]. The next step is to finalise a drilling location based on DEFINING THE HIGHEST POINT ON THE STRUCTURE with the maximum potential for leached reservoir development. ... MOU-NE well will be targeting a gross reservoir sequence of approximately 200 metres within which the potential for good quality reservoir is increased due to its structurally elevated position relative to TRF-1. "
24 October 2022 RNS.
"A location for the MOU-NE well (now designated MOU-3) was finalised during the recent site visit. MOU-3 will be the next well in the drilling sequence and will test a 35km² area within a larger Jurassic oil prospect."
January 2023 - effective date of latest CPR.
Figures 3-21,3-22 & 3-23 show depth & thickness of Jurassic. Apparent optimal drill location is about 2.5km NORTH West of MOU-4. This is based solely on seismic interpretation, with vibrations transmitted at an assumed speed through rocks of an assumed density.
11 July 2023 RNS.
The top Jurassic carbonate objective was reached at 1135 metres TVD MD, 253 METRES DEEPER THAN ESTIMATED depth pre-drill based on no well control. The culmination of the Jurassic carbonate target NOW LIES 2.6KM TO THE SOUTHWEST of the MOU-4 well location and significantly higher than at the MOU-4 well location. The updip appraisal of the Jurassic target encountered in MOU-4 is a key objective of the Company. THREE PRELIMINARY DRILLING LOCATIONS ARE BEING SELECTED for inclusion in a NEW Environmental Impact Assessment ("EIA"). Well design and sourcing of long lead well inventory has commenced. A field trip is being planned for the autumn to evaluate the reservoir potential of the entire interval of interest in Jurassic surface exposures to the south of the Guercif licence area. Geochemical source rock quality and maturation studies, including evidence for migrated gas, for the Jurassic section".
My conclusion.
It seems that the drill bit has shown the seismic interpretation to be incorrect, and three potential new locations are being finalised with EIAs being applied for, to the South East rather than the North East of MOU-4. This is very interesting - if MOU-4 encountered potential gas-bearing reservoir 250m lower than expected, maybe the entire Titanosaurus structure is larger from top to bottom than previously anticipated.

OK. The long term moving average has provided support in the past weeks.
There is resistance around 12.25p.
The Bollies are just starting to edge wider.
The short term moving average is turning upwards.
The MACD and exponential moving average are both turning upwards.
What's not to like?
Be careful. |
Any chance the CEO Can re-cap on his Last interview and Explain to Shareholders What’s Happened!! 20p to 11p !!! |
Is The CEO surname DELAY by any chance!! 😂 |
-the share price began to nosedive circa 24jul -last week we had our first [maybe 2nd] blue week -its not clear to me whether we're going to drill or test first, though logic has been shouting 'drill' at me since m4 jc and the pain of bringing in a crew from outside the country
i noted 19sep rns, they chose to go with - 'Predator Oil & Gas Holdings Plc (PRD), the Jersey-based Oil and Gas Company ("Predator" or "the Company") focussed on near-term, high impact drilling for gas in Morocco is pleased to announce its unaudited interim results...'
[not 'near-term (rigless) testing for gas...'] |
Paul will update when all the studies are done and he has the new data. Testing will start when everything is on site (including personnel). Obviously there will be some delay due to changes in shipping and cargo and transport following the quake. |
Communication is awful..Plenty before the raise. If there is a delay, Rns and let the market and shareholders know, but do not go quiet and not meet the dates specified. Confidence slips as expected. |
You expected them to predict and forward adjust for the earthquake? |
And this is the problem, they always make the mistake of setting dates and not once have they adhered to them. Really is a pet hate of mine. |
