Prairie Mining Share Discussion Threads

Interesting that the reports seem to claim that discussions have been ongoing between Prairie and JSW. This extract from the last Prairie update as recently as 29th July would appear to contradict that.

'The Company notes that there has been no communication or discussion with JSW since Daniel Ozon's dismissal. There can be no certainty as to whether any transaction(s) will be agreed between Prairie and JSW, or the potential form of such transaction(s). The Company will continue to comply with its continuous disclosure obligations and will make announcements to the market as required.'

We've been here before, so let's just hope that this time it's the real deal. I would love to get out of this with a handsome profit. It's been a real dog to own and I've been here three years waiting for something to happen. Under water by a country mile, but still hoping for the best outcome.

JSW chief executive exit fuels uncertainty over Prairie

Polish coking coal producer Jastrzebska Spolka Weglowa (JSW) today dismissed its president and chief executive Daniel Ozon in a move sending coking coal-related share prices down on the Warsaw Stock Exchange for JSW and exploration company Prairie Mining.

Subsequent to the filing of a civil claim, the Polish Civil Court granted Prairie an injunction preventing the MoE from granting concessions and concluding usufruct agreements with any other party.The Appeals Court has now overturned the Civil Court decision and lifted the injunction, a move which Prairie stated on Tuesday was "fundamentally flawed"
