Now let me get this straight. On 3 April, the share price sinks through the floor as a few worried investors sell out following an RNS about a delay in issuing a permit. Three days later on 6 April two of our biggest shareholders have both been so busy buying all the loose stock that they have to announce substantial increases in their positions (crossing announcement thresholds). Can I join the dots on this one?

Now up 8% in Poland at 1.53 zloty. With 4.81 Zloty to the pound this equates to 32p. A bit of catching up to do here.

What resolution, it would be highly suspicious for a takeover after this saga.I think pdz has money in bank so they can fight this in court.I dont think it will be quick solution may go back to low 20's now

PDZ appears to be being well taken, once it dropped to sub-30p.

The 28.69p's and close to that are all buys.

Any buy at the moment is a risk, but as soon as some resolution is even in blurred sight, it will be too late to start buying.

I think this will go lower with the uncertainty of how long the legal proceedings will take place.Cant believe EU country will behave like this.

Marked down again this morning and sitting on support at 30p. Not much support in evidence though as someone is dumping in 100k blocks. I suspect that even this price won't hold for long.

NateroydOn paper it doesnt look like a big deal, courts will likely favour pdz but it will take time.Now we know the polish govt are after nabbing the asset.

I think govt are trying to scare off the pdz, maybe make them sell on the cheap.This can get ugly and time consuming.. I think it will fall further.. Imho
