You know the score.

They have never managed to build, test or certify a commercial size system.

Lemmings and mushrooms only.

Tell Sid In respect of your 13532 post it is actually impossible to tell if somebody sells shares in one company that they have bought shares in another company. For all you know anyone selling PHE could be taking it out in cash or investing in any other company. I note that EQT is down over a fifth so far today so I am not sure your advice is a good idea. I still maintain that the best way is to hold shares in both as I do.

I don't see the point in knocking one of these companies and promoting the other. They both have prospects and are not mutually exclusive. Many posters hold both.

City Chappy In respect of your 13530 post in view of today's RNS I am not sure of the logic in that. Surely in view of the direction of travel in relation to hydrogen it makes more sense to hold shares in both.

Some of you have started to do the right thing by selling PHE and buying EQT. Now more of you need to do the same. It really is the right thing to do. You know that really don't you.

Sell PHE and buy EQT if you want to make a lot of money.

tellsid In relation to your 13526 post anybody buying today would be an idiot they have just announced a placing to raise £10m so there will be a massive dillution. Granted some of the money will be used to move the company forward but I note that some will be used for general working capital. Thankfully I am not concerned about the dillution only about the number of shares I own. I maintain that the sensible course is to hold shares in both companies.

So a clear pump and dump scam on EQT that's why it was ramped on here. Hope not too many got sucked in that's got to hurt. !!That's why PHE business model is so much more shareholder friendly. We don't need oodles of capital !We just take in royalties.

EQT's conservative projected 2021 revenues 38.5m and 2022 revenues 66m, even before other projects subsequently announced. Buy EQT, sell PHE. It's obvious.

What are you on about. Eqtec's 550 tpd 25MW north of England Billingham plant will use municipal solid waste and the 3+ Irish plants just announced with two at 25MW eqch will use forestry and agricultural wastes. These projects alone are equivalent to 60+ PHE DMG systems, just to put it into context.

California may have a dead wood problem !

But Ireland ! The north of England !. Paid for wood pellots = Blown syngas

What stand out is the fact you will C /P various so called facts (as above) and yet you or any other of the rampers do not deny my claim that this is a company paid for Ramp to get the share price up so thay can have the large fund raising they need, both to put money in thier account (as they don't have much) and free up the loan company without breaking the 30% Ireland T/O rule.

Staged payments to EQT cover their costs for each project nupty.

Read the EQT information for biomass. California, which is EQT's main current US geography, needs immediate waste wood solutions and offers significant opportunities for biomass energy. Recent California drought killed 100+ million trees, posing serious threat of wildfire, and pushing government and private agents to urgent remediation. Currently less than 6 small scale biomass plants in California and BAC estimates 100+ plants needed just in Sierra Nevada.

California Senate Bill 901 (Yr 2018) authorises $200m pa for 5 years for wildfire prevention, primarily as hazardous fuel reduction projects. California Senate Bill 1122 stipulates 20% of additional 250 MW capacity outlined in the bill must come from projects relying on forestry sources.

This market is vast and because it is biomass it will continue indefinately and be a virtuous circle.

From the EQT BB Heading:

2) RECOVERY OF CLEAN ENERGY FROM BIOMASS

-- Biomass energy (e.g. wood and straw).
-- Target project size: 2 - 10 MW.
-- Particularly USA and Europe (EQT, 31/1/2020).

a) California (USA):

-- Agreement (22/5/2019, 24/9/2018) with Phoenix Biomass Energy for 5 initial plants, plus 6 to 10 to follow.

-- 22/5/2019, Interview:

i. Northfork Community Power:

-- Operational Q1 2021, 2 MW, EQT 19.99% stake, project value $20m, revenues $4m pa.

-- 4/2/2020: $15M Biomass Project Shifts into High Gear in North Fork:

-- 28/5/2020: Detailed engineering plan completed & delivered by EQT in Apr 2020, to EPC contractor & Phoenix as planned. Second payment milestone EUR770,000 received by EQT in May 2020. Preparation work commenced in-line with project programme. Shipment of equipment from Ireland to USA by Aug 2020.

ii. NAPA: Operational 2021, 2 MW (or potentially 3 MW).

-- 28/5/2020: Full planning permit for new location under process with some delays due to COVID-19. Client evaluating option of larger 3 MW plant, & EQT have completed & provided new full quote.

iii. 3rd project:

-- 2/1/2020 (EQT - Pheonix CEO): "we have already initiated conversations with our funders for our 3rd Project."

N.B.
U.S. Energy Info Admin predicts wood biomass use to generate 117,000 MWh per day worldwide in 2019, sufficient to power 100m homes, and growth to continue year-on-year.

Quote;
) EQT going forward are using a staged fees + SPV business model, which is what PHE hope to do - and EQT will be taking equity stakes for additional incomes.

Staged fees / equity stakes only goes to highlight the fact the eqt will need to raise lots of money to fulfill the first order or two. Then the staged fees will be needed to fulfill the next order ... etc etc etc zero profit for many years to come !.

This is why I strongly believe the eqt bod are paying for posters and research notes, anything that can ramp the price so the coming dilution will not be so ........ !.

It is brown syngas as they plan to buy and use wood pellets when required. In years to come this maybe frowned upon like coal is now. People will want clean energy's like wind & solar and powerhouse obviously :-).
