Mates rates depends on what contacts he has after a number of years running his own engineering business.Strangely enough in this sector there are a lot of people who work in similar circles for years and if you have a problem or a question it is quite common to go and ask former colleagues etc and they are more then happy to help.So yes you can pick up mates rates to a certain extent.I am interested to know if he has been self funding some of these studies/design/engineering is the company sat on loans from him which are required to be paid back?

its still just more talk after all. David Ryan seems to have more of a clue than KA (but that's a low bar, given his involvement with Linc) and does appreciate the need for IP. but how many execs of major engineering firms have you ever heard of talking about 'mates rates'? as for the electricity being generated by running methane through a converted chevy, well that did make me laugh.

David Ryan is an honest guy and I for one am more than happy that he is confident that he will get the plant working It has nothing to do with past promises or past failures It has everything to do with, where we are today and David Ryan is happy to pay 0.5 because he believes the company is in way better shape than in 2017 when he joined End of

It would certainly be interesting to know if anyone can offer an explanation regarding the apparent flaws in some of the RNSs that were issued in 2015 and 2016 relating to the Pyromex system.

I really have no concerns about the ultimate technical failure of the Pyromex system, as failures frequently happen during the early stages of developing new technologies. But what is more worrying is the apparent discrepancies in the RNSs which were issued around that time, as the timelines just don't seem to stack up.

I'm not jumping to any conclusions, and not making any accusations, but it would be interesting if anyone could throw any light on this issue.

10-14 days and unfortunately Warwick was completely mugged by the claims made by KA it took a year.

How can they have said this in Dec 2015 when later news says there has been a delay in getting the components

How can that be it completely contravenes what was said in December 15

Lies upon lies just like when they said all was well with Pyromex with huge interest when in fact it was failing badly.

Same old happening now um er delay while we spin the BS out as long as we can.

they have also raised over 500k since Jan so fully funded, the shares issued 23rd Feb went for 0.7p, why would someone pay that price.

I will watch and folllow because i think they might be signing something of substance, just my thoughts but all of the above says this seems to be in a good place at the mo......ask Mr P Warwick, GLA!!!!!

I always like to provide the evidence and mentioned Kieth using the line of the simplicity of the tech.

Well I found it and it's ultra hype.

That is in the same RNS which said it would be up and running in 10-14 days.

As posted with the run of news it took a whole year even though it was supposed to be the definition of simplicity. That quote is from Nov 2015.

I thought I'd look up Ryan as you guys mention him.

He's in with waste2 and it seems what helps keeps them going is £20k per month from PHE.

Now up pops a new company with him Pure Hydrogen energy limited.

Coincidence???. Are PHE going to be paying someone then for Hydrogen consultancy.

Pure speculation but what's that company for?

A lot of information about the way forward and patents, nice to know that the cautious engineer believes the company has more intrinsic value now than when he joined the company in February 2017. When price hit 1.6 on one dayHe says he will buy more nice to know as well We have no debt, the convertible loan is gone plenty of interested parties I know as I have introduced a number myself. Can't say who though signed an NDA ! Looking good MM can't keep it down forever RSI is way way down

What made little sense to me was that Ryan certainly gave the impression that Phe had managed to survive largely on the back of mates rates and his ability to tap up contacts to do stuff well under market rates.

That does not really align itself, with what is now described as UK pioneering technology with potential global demand.

Like others, why a director would buy at a 40% premium makes no sense unless the £30 k is needed by Phe for cash flow.

I also find it a little odd that a man wit Ryans's bio has ended up at Phe.

Well I thought it was a very clear explanation by David Ryan that he is very confident that the commercial plant will be a great success you must have been listening to a different podcast! He thinks the technology is way more valuable than the company valuation More news will flow soon I'm pretty sure about that sentiment can turn very quickly here

Well that interview has reduced my opinion of PHE, it is starting to start to look like a shambles and I am reconsidering my position in this one.The purchase of equity makes no sense and not sure if the bod are con artists or do not have a clue what they are doing.

I'd have to check buy didn't KA say at one point ground would be broken for a new plant in April this year.

Then the recent news that it won't be done by the end of 2018

"full commercial operation should commence in the latter half of 2019."


Now go back to earlier promises where KA included lines of something like 'the simplicity of it was great'.

Dec 17 post. Note they said in Nov 17 it would be up and running in 10-14 days

They keep repeating short term timelines sometimes after months of no news. 10-14 days turned into 1 year.

November 2015

All signs point to a successful completion of both the G3-UHt reactor and Generation System.
Current demonstration and review is on an invitation-only basis for
pre-qualified, commercially interested, parties. We anticipate a public and
investor demonstration of the system before the end of the year. Including a
demonstration for senior representatives from a major city in Queensland,
Australia, within the next 10-14 days.

Dec 15

Additionally, the Company announced that all major components of the G3-UHt

shredded tyres) over the coming weeks leading to additional public
demonstrations of the facility in Brisbane in mid-January, 2016.

13th March 2015

30th April

As previously announced, the newly designed and engineered PHE G3-UHt System is in the final phases of construction and assembly. Delivery, acceptance and inspection of all components for the system has been achieved as of 29 April 2015 in Brisbane, Australia. Integration of the feed system and electrical generation units remain to be completed and this is expected to occur by 11 May 2015. This system represents the first of three nominal 1-3 tonne per day mobile units to be deployed across the world.

Commissioning of the integrated system will commence immediately upon completion of final installation and is expected to last no more than 30 days.

18th May

Commissioning of the various components is being carried out concurrently in an effort to remain on track for full operation and demonstration of the system within the next 30 days. This 'test-as-we-go' approach, while slightly more time-consuming, has been shown to greatly reduce the time necessary for final commissioning.

30th June

We are within 30 days of completion of the commissioning of the newly designed PHE G3-UHt Gasification System in Australia.

30th July

It is expected that final "burn in" of the reactor elements and integration of the electrical gen-set (for the generation of electricity from the synthesis gas produced) will be finalized within the next 14-21 days.

9th November

PowerHouse Energy Group, plc announces that demonstration and review of the
G3-UHt System has commenced

This is how PHE operate one bunch of lies to the next same CEO each time.

Imo you are mugs not to take note of the complete and utter failure of the past and be sucked in by the same BS since.

I can answer that for the poster from my perspective, I don't know what their motive is

EG One contacted me months as friends saw the hype re plastics and the pumps by Keith via the Media.

Some wanted to invest on the back of those pumps. They saw my posts and asked.

I directed them to the Pyromex news and same ultra hype back then which was met with a hammer blow RNS lying it didn't work.

Months and months of telling the world it was brilliant and would change everything but then the final RNS showed that in the same months customers had been having problems which ultimately killed off Pyromex.

Some have this pumped to them and are encouraged to buy and have. Posting facts and views is one thing, constantly trying to get people to buy is another.

I have no position, It was pumped to me, told to have a good look. I did and it looks like complete junk. Why ignore previous lies, it's there for all to see.

As I said I spoke to one that had been working on the Pyromex kit for years.

No engineer I know would ever say that, they would say in theory but until tested we don't know.

Since when has the small unit be trialled extensively under commercial conditions? It's not been through either.
