04/3/2018 13:41 | Yes, there are many different ways to finance a project. | vatnabrekk
04/3/2018 13:01 | Not always the case re 50/50 jv. I'm invested in Opti and they have several 50/50 profit shares and two of their partners are also investing in production upgrades and capacity and take on additional tests. In other word, Opti just license their ip to the partner and the partner takes all the risks and Opti just count the money. Phe need a jv partner to build the plants, and distributor to distribute and sell and Phe just take their share of the money from the license and royalty which reduces their risk and reduces the capex. If not, more debt and more dilution if it survives someone taking the tech off them in a fire sale. | slartybartfaster
04/3/2018 11:46 | If someone gets 50% of the profit then that would normally assume that they have put in 50% of the costs. Which would seem to be fair. It's called a Joint Venture. | vatnabrekk
04/3/2018 11:03 | If only 10 units are sold in Qatar, 25% of that would be a breakthrough. That's not to say that the project will progress, but if it does... | sleveen
03/3/2018 14:55 | So 50% of 49% equals 24.5%. Facts and details. Oooch rampers don't like that. | nelson5100
03/3/2018 14:53 | Thank you for summing up the company. No projections etc. So will the rampers be quiet rather than ramping with no details or context of projections? At least I posted using the September 2017 RNS issued by the company, approved by the directors and the Nomad. A joint venture with maximum shareholding of 49%. Waste2Tricty conceived and will manage the project. The January 2017 RNS also stated that Waste2Tricty was to share in half of any projects conceived by them. Only a ramper would dispute this. I call out ramper. | nelson5100
03/3/2018 08:56 | Quite. Taking a totally negative angle without knowing any of the detail. | vatnabrekk
03/3/2018 07:36 | Without the context of projections, that is meaningless. I call deramp. | cmackay
03/3/2018 07:18 | Deccer1 Not forgetting the MOU for Qatar announced in a RNS last September. This will be a joint venture with PHE owning only 49%. It was developed with Waste2Tricty. Thus, if there are any profits PHE will only get 49% of which they will share half with W2T. So, only 24.5% will eventually, if there are any profits, get to reach PHE. | nelson5100
02/3/2018 13:45 | That's rather nasty, deccer1, and totally uncalled for. I am simply providing a link to an article which shows that KA is involved with others in the Chester area who are concerned about the effects of plastic waste. There is nothing "rampy" about that, surely. Did you actually read the article before you wrote that nasty comment? | vatnabrekk
02/3/2018 10:51 | Like I have said before. A positive RNS and the doom mongers are out in force. I wonder why? NOT... | schofi2
02/3/2018 10:25 | vatnabrekk is sounding like the warwick69. | deccer1
02/3/2018 09:52 | Chester energy firms take action to end plastic problem: | vatnabrekk
02/3/2018 08:55 | Wrong board. Sorry | pshevlin
02/3/2018 08:52 | Thanks for the advice on PHE. I do have a very small holding as it helps maintain an interest but don't expect anything for a long time. A bit like some on here who have held for years. | pshevlin
02/3/2018 08:51 | It's not the continual running that's important, it's the powering up and powering down the causes the stress on the system, as KA has explained, and that has been tested. | vatnabrekk
02/3/2018 07:19 | Somewhat fact free, though. How long has it been run for, how many hours continuous? | bittorrent
02/3/2018 07:16 | Decent update | tsmith2
01/3/2018 19:25 | It's public knowledge that further fundraising will take place. | cmackay
01/3/2018 18:24 | There is no lucky money tree, dilute or die. Darwin are available if all else fails. | superg1
01/3/2018 16:47 | F me you holders are deluded. | superg1 |
