so i thought i would join in.

I hold PHE but can not answer the questions. I have though been asking you and the other 'bashers' WHY are you so intersted in PHE to keep coming back and 'Bash on'. This should be a easy question for any of you to answer ! but after many months of asking, the only answer I have got is from the poster Lagosboy who wants to give us the 'heads up'.

So go on WHY ?.

These are excellent questions Dolphin. I would also love to know the answers. Why don't you put these questions to the company, since they clearly trouble you, and let us all know how you get on?

Tenapen....oh dear over and over you post the same paragraph yet don't want to answer fact based questions.

The share price reflects the lack of faith in the company, its RNS, the lack of ant directors' share purchases and the delay after delay in bring any commercial product to market.

Instead of burying your head by reposting your scare mongering about posters who don't follow the ramping line, instead why not engage with the company?

Improve its financial reporting, this is one of the few ways that the public can judge the management's quality. Is it prepared on time, us it accurate, does it comply with legislation and Aim rules, are the RNS accurate and does the company meet any targets stated in the RNS?

So just this week what has happened to the 12 month lock in period which the March 2017 RNS stated would not start until the shares admission?
Instead we have silence or just the usual mutterings that it doesn't matter.

Or what happened to the sales team which was being recruited and the July 2016 fund raise was expedited for this; again all detailed in July 2016 RNS.

So these are facts and constantly ignoring them only exacerbate s the decline in the share price.

The Hillgrove share placing this week may have been rushed to avoid issuing shares below 0.5p each. They cannot issue them below 0.5p as it is illegal to do below a company's shares nominal value, currently 0.5p.

But, not is there the current shares overhang from this week's placing, there will also be the remaining Hillgrove shares which can be sold in 6 months.

Not forgetting that the last shares issued to pay suppliers for services rendered including Waste2Tricty was early September 2017. So how many more will need to be issued to bring the supplier payments up to date?

you guys just don't get it do you? a shorter has to bash incessantly, they are only successful if they engage all longs (and CEO) constantly with their fake fears, uncertainties and doubt. They need constant airtime and it does not matter what facts or truths you furnish them with because they don't care about any facts and will keep bashing and grinding it out more and more until they wear you down and then they start the relentless bashing all over again. Given such oxygen they spread their fear, uncertainty and doubt through the co...

The one thing you can guarantee is that if there is bad news they will keep it locked away for as long as they can.

This is what happens when tech isn't working. They just keep the spin going in a hope that they can fix it.

In the Pyromex case they simply lied about it's reliability which is evident in the news when they admitted they had problems for a long time but put out news to the contrary.

Same guy in charge and investors trust him lol.

We'll see where it all ends one day. Patentless world changing tech where the CEO has not bought a share or bust.

Same team same BS but no lengthy testing, no patent, just hot air.

The demonstration day must have been a huge success, not a peep from those that attended and a falling share price since.

EG

The history

"We are confident that the two technologies, working in concert, will deliver
energy from waste with an efficiency not yet seen in the market."

EG

By December, 2013, the successful testing and commissioning of the company's
first nominal 5 tonne per day unit had been completed in Switzerland and
Pyromex was awarded the EU Certification verifying its compliance with all
regulatory, safety, and environmental standards necessary for sales and
operation throughout the European Union. As part of the commissioning process
the machine was run through the entire thermal cycle dozens of times- more
often than would be required in an entire year's operation- with very good
results.

A number of projects are being developed around the use of the nominal 5 tonne
per day machine and we are confident that these projects will result in sales
for the company. We have hosted over 50 individuals and companies who have
expressed interest in our system, and we continue to support these potential
customers in their permitting and pre-project development efforts.

One of the very attractive features of our Pyromex process is our ability to
"tune" the gas composition and create a very high volume stream of hydrogen
gas. Due to this ability we made the decision to acquire a beta version of the
AFC Fuel Cell- a technology that appears to be ideally suited to operate in
conjunction with our gasification reaction. We are planning a robust testing
program with the AFC Fuel Cell when the unit is delivered in Q1 of next year.
We are confident that the two technologies, working in concert, will deliver
energy from waste with an efficiency not yet seen in the market.

A major benefit of the successful commissioning of the 5 tonne per day unit has
been that we have developed a number of new modifications and innovations that
we will be integrating into our 25 tonne per day plant in Eitting, Germany.
These innovations have dramatically improved the operational efficiency and
maintenance ability of the plant. We look forward to implementing these
enhancements in our Eitting facility this next year.

Dolphin you forgot the history of misleading news about pyromex.

World beater customers stacked up followed by an RNS that showed the news prior was BS.

WHY ... are you bothered enough to keep repeating yourself ?

What do you describe as bashing?
Is it highlighting errors in audited accounts which had to be withdrawn, reaudited and amended accounts issued?

Or is it highlighting errors in share allotment forms?
Or is highlighting that the company is late filing it's audited accounts and faces financial penalties?

Or is it highlighting the close connections of the advisory board with PHE, Waste2Tricty and AFC?

Or is it highlighting the lack of sales staff employed when there was a specific fund raise in July 2016 to employ such staff?

Or is it highlighting the lack of any directors' share purchases when the company is described as a ground changing technology company at the foot of a j curve?

substitute ''shorter'' for ''long'' and ''bash'' for ''promote''.

Both are as equally true.
------------------------------

Not realy !
To go long / promote a share people can see what you are upto. To buy over 3% and declare it shows your hand to all - respect.

To go short / bash a share is not so clear as to what game they are playing. Maybe your lagosboy who is providing a heads up ! or one of the others who are doing very nicely on another share, and yet they will not stop 'bashing' PHE / this thread. Why ?. Saving the holder from ourselfs ! or just bashing to get the price down as far as possible, so they get the best deal when they buy and xxxx everyone else who has sold because of their constant 'bashing'.

Well I prefer to post using facts.

Why has the Hillgrove shares not been kept in a 22month lock in period starting from the shares admission?

I refer to the company's RNS of 15 March 2017, the lock-in period would be 12 months from admission. So are the shares starting their lock-in period or is it finishing now? A bit of difference particularly for the market overhang of 280 million shares for when they can be sold.

Well they shafted who bought lions at .7 -.8 before this news and didn't include him in the private investors club as per shares dished out at the low price.

Disgraceful imo considering the backing.

Probably a blessing in disguise if they were shafted.

I am very suspicious about what has been going on here for the last three years. Bond gained access to the AIM ATM via numerous placings and it seems funds were paid to his company Ore Pro under some partnership agreement that no one has seen.

One Placing was specifically to raise money to hire a sales team but that never happened.

KA has also been handsomely rewarded, despite his claims, for what must have been a three day week, if that, for long periods of time. He also has a track record of complete failure, not a penny of income generated.
