28/7/2017 13:13 | Schofi2 IMO there is a Hydrogen industrial revolution coming. Anyone interested could Google Hydrogen Fuel Cells Fact Sheet to get an idea. You can already fill a car with a tank of Hydrogen and the required infrastructure is being rolled out. Google Leeds Hydrogen city. IMO IF the PHE incinerator is a major success, and it produces commercial quantities of Hydrogen, councils could make a fortune by taking back direct control of waste management, and either selling the Hydrogen direct to someone like Shell, or even building their own storeage facilities, supplying that energy direct to the public for heating/cooking/tran At the moment the media/politicians seem to be fixated on everything battery, (how environmentally friendly are they?) but I believe that will change as they become aware of what Hydrogen adoption could bring - not going to hold my breath though! | kmjs
28/7/2017 12:46 | Isn't it dangerous to claim a massive breakthrough but also to say patents not applied for yet just being considered. It's like finding gold and telling everyone before you stake a claim legally. Just putting it out there for clarity. Surely PHE must have an application in for the chamber. | superg1
28/7/2017 12:45 | No big company would want to takeover if the technology isn't patented as anybody can then copy it. | nelson5100
28/7/2017 12:43 | Trouble is the AIM itself where those long enough in the tooth have seen and heard it all over 100 times before. 95% plus that do fly end up as a POS either on the back of lies or failed promise. Fortunately PHE isn't £100 mill plus like many that did fly. Patent is important imo as plenty for all doesn't work as first to copy it would probably be doing so to patent it. | superg1
28/7/2017 12:42 | "I don't care how much I ramp this as I will be exhaled" Exalted? You were correct first time with exhaled so indicating you have inhaled which probably accounts for the investment in PHE !!???!!? Breathe deeply now | nelson5100
28/7/2017 12:34 | Warwick They would have to patent the chamber material as anyone could buy a small unit deconstruct it to see what is in it then copy it. | superg1

28/7/2017 12:28 | Just did a quick check myself With the advent of significant advances in material science, our heating design is substantially more efficient- improving the thermal efficacy of the system as a whole. The specially formulated and manufactured reactor chambers are immune to the corrosive threats previous technologies faced, thus increasing the lifespan of a reactor vessel. During our continual testing and improvement of the G3 Unit, the engineering team was able to identify several areas of readily protectable intellectual property related to the system and the process by which we operate that we will explore protecting through the patent process as appropriate. Unless already done they need to get a patent for the chamber at least. | superg1
28/7/2017 12:17 | Just out if interest based on lucky Jims comment v PHE claims. Do they have patent protection in place for pending for the new ceramic materials mix. | superg1
28/7/2017 11:04 | Having been in and out and in again with PHE for a couple of years and making a profit, I've seen this one played time and time again. I got into this because I can see the potential and like the technology. A couple of points, Hydrogen car power units work in a similar way to batteries, in fact they are the reverse of a battery which has a bi-product of Hydrogen. With the power unit it is Hydrogen in Electricity out with some water as waste. With the massive change from carbon fuels to clean power, Hydrogen/electricity powered cars are the future and a lot sooner than people imagine. We are reaching an inflection point very soon. Second point, if this PHE degasification unit can change any Carbon based fuel to Hydrogen could not this be a way of using Carbon without leaving a Co2 footprint, if so then this technology could have immense implications for the future regarding the conversion of dirty energy to clean. Any thought? | schofi2
