Perhaps the company can state which company they have signed the agreement with, is it Waste2Tricty PLC as stated in yesterday's and today's RNS?
Or is it with Waste2Tricity Limited which is a company which exists and is registered at Companies House?

If they can't get the basics right how will they cope with a complicated piece of engineering?

And Mervin check the currency the conversion is 0.5p not $ u have to convert debt to pounds first then work out how many shares And f the company had no debt its value would rise by the value of the debt as it would not drag down the mcap so its very neutral even if they do convert which is highly unlikely other than to 29.99% Re work your numbers your homework is incorrect Naughty boy
