16/4/2022 17:42 | Thanks for posting Noira, very interesting. | ![]() soulsauce
16/4/2022 15:03 | NBGC 12 April 2022 Power Metal/Red Rock's NBGC venture assessing drill results in Victoria Power Metal Resources PLC (AIM:POW) said it's New Ballarat Gold joint venture has paused drilling at the O'Loughlin's and Mt Bute prospects in Victoria to allow for the receipt of outstanding assays. NBGC is a joint venture between Power Metal (49.9%) and Red Rock Resources (50.1%). | ![]() noirua
14/4/2022 10:53 | Power Metal's position overall remains neutral and although commodity prices remain good to firm they haven't got any as yet. At least the microcap explorer sector appears to be bumping along the floor. | ![]() noirua

12/4/2022 15:01 | Poor drilling results in Victoria are likely to holdup any IPO plans for NBGC. | ![]() noirua
04/4/2022 15:15 | Interview out on stockbox. Looks like we will have the quarterly report Rns sometime tomorrow. | ![]() soulsauce
04/4/2022 13:06 | apfindley. You may be correct, but that is the point of drilling, to find out. Be great if you could be 100% sure without drilling what is within the lease. You can have a reasonable assessment from other methods, but drilling is the final arbiter, and even then a poor show in one area may not be replicated in another. | ![]() pensionplanner
04/4/2022 08:13 | But that is always the case danmart. If it was easy everybody would be doing it. Ecr have been poking around all last year with two drilling machines and still can't piece together the ore bodies. One hole has shown a very nice result which shows gold is there. Now it is up to the geos to interpret the results and plan a proper drilling campaign. | ![]() soulsauce
04/4/2022 08:07 | Noirua I agree they are difficult to price, one may argue the potential is priced into the share price even at these levels. apfinfley I came to the same conclusion, it’s good they found some gold but it’s going to need a lot more work to establish what is under the ground | danmart2
04/4/2022 07:26 | Total rubbish results. They say found "upto" 5g/tBut then when you read the table you notice All holes except two were less than 1000/per billion. And the only percentage they recorded was the one they quoted which returned >2000 per billion parts. Most of the holes are around 100/1,000,000,000 which is miniscule. Not good. | ![]() apfindley
03/4/2022 10:57 | Unfortunately, the floor is obvious only when shares, in general, have lifted well off of it. So many shares look done then rise 30% to only fall back eventually to a new floor. POW is difficult to price and could fall back to 0.75p or prove that guess wrong charging on to 3p. KAT, KAV, and additional POW holdings are a problem in valuing. NBGC might float well if explorers become popular again as US and Canadian profitable gold producers are. Explorers are undervalued and your guess is as good as mine on the year ahead - unfortunately, speculators are moving into the big caps of $3 billion-plus not $100 million minuses. The other IPO possibilities are all non-producers. There is an answer for POW and that is to get money pouring in and not only leaking out on overheads, exploring, and preparing IPOs. | ![]() noirua
02/4/2022 12:51 | Do we know how many of those warrants are left? | danmart2
02/4/2022 11:51 | Still around 100m warrants with a strike price of .75p to be exercised before end of June, that may be a drag on the share price Suggested that if 1.35p support broke the shares would hit 1p, they did not hit 1p but 1.1p so Mr Grim was not far out. So where now - some 'experts' seem to think the minnows are about to recover strongly on the back of rising commodity prices, it's possible, the sector has been hit hard for 12 months and prices are battered. Some minnows are down 85% - many in the 70%-60% club, pity those that bought at the top of the market, now for those that buy the floor, happy times ahead. | ![]() grimreaper2019
02/4/2022 00:31 | At least gold shares across the pond lifted in price well despite a fall in the gold price. The sector seems to be regaining traction despite this action being mainly in producers. The nickel price is also recovering its upward trend. | ![]() noirua
01/4/2022 15:43 | Ambitious options that's what I like to see. Well done PJ. | ![]() soulsauce
30/3/2022 16:43 | It doesn't really matter. Some parts of Power are progressing well and some are not. The drilling outcome is anyone's guess at this stage and Kavango has besmirched the hopes of many: So confidence is only neutral. Power Metal's CEO must put a good face on everything from a certain point of view. So IPO something to keep the brethren happy and leave Katoro and Kavango to get themselves out of trouble to the benefit of POW, hopefully. | ![]() noirua
30/3/2022 14:15 | Anyone attending today’s AGM? | danmart2
29/3/2022 16:39 | Hopefully the CEO can provide further details on Ditau at the AGM | danmart2
29/3/2022 12:07 | Ditau Project, Botswana: Like all drilling, this is a gamble. However, Kavango has its drilling rig ready which is a plus sign here. That doesn't mean they will find anything commercial or I suppose doesn't mean they won't - Good luck! | ![]() noirua
28/3/2022 09:13 | Uranium has reached $56.70 rebounding from the fall to $49.90 last week. Live price of Uranium: The negatives are all to do with KAVango and KAToro - they are significant. Hesitation on all IPOs is not helping. | ![]() noirua
28/3/2022 07:19 | A big portfolio with very strategic projects for @PowerMetRes "...We should see a certain ramp up in the junior resource space with the major metal run happening now..."Here, #POW CEO @pauljohnson9691 expands further with @TMSreachhttps://tot | ![]() burtond1
24/3/2022 14:22 | Another welcomed RNS, some investors are expecting more good news prior to the end of the month AGM | danmart2
24/3/2022 09:06 | Live price of Uranium: The live price of uranium had improved to $55 per lb but has fallen back to $49.90. Uranium was above $100 per lb (2007) in the glory days prior to the Japanese disaster in 2011. BHP has a large mine in central Australia that was due for expansion but was mothballed. The important factor here is the price needed to make a new mine profitable? If BHP makes an announcement to extend their mine that would give a lead. Until then Power Metal's interest in Canada continues to be a long shot that may or may not come off. Good luck POW! The little bits of good news are slightly outpacing the little bits of negative news. From the chart, a few posts back we can see that POW is going up whilst POW interests via KAV and KAT are going down - your call. | ![]() noirua
23/3/2022 21:05 | The Aussie dollar continues on its march upwards against all other currencies. This makes assets held worth more though any costs paid for from the UK will cost more. Overall this should be beneficial at this stage IF an IPO happens. | ![]() noirua |
