Big few months ahead with the amount of results set to be released.

Agree Noirua, 2022 is very much the year of power metals or a long drift into nothing.
They do have the advantage of Kavango involvement should KAV make a strong discovery.

I get the impression by May we will know exactly if the first few of the sites POW has obtained are any good.

That is the time to make a judgement.

If they don’t come to market with news good or bad on these first few sites then the price will nosedive as inevitably investors will fear the worst.

The company has done a lot of the ground work in terms of obtaining licenses, developing commercial cases, trial holes, etc.
2022 needs to be the year the labour of those works is presented to the market.
The market cap could b argued is cheap, equally if all 14 sites and operators are duds it’s expensive.
I actually think it’s about right if not slightly lower than what is should be (I worked it out to a share price of 1.6p).

Buying at these levels is comfortable as it will only take 1 decent project to establish the company and then any decent projects after will see rapid share price raises.

Precious metals is the place to be and cost control will be key in the next 24 months as borrowing rates will inevitably rise.

The market cap is still quite high and expecting some good news. So far all news is just above neutral and these markets are unforgiving. All the horses, the interests, have yet to jump a fence. So far none have refused but it can't be put off very much longer. Investors are not donkeys forever going for the dangling carrot in front of them.

Nothing in the RNS other than confirmation drilling was a successful activity and results should be announced in the next few months.

On the plus side, we are seeing progress with the assets proof of concept.
We will soon know if it’s an asset to write off or develop the case further.

Hopefully POW can keep up the momentum and move all the assets along.

We are cautious with early interpretations until the core logging and testing is complete. What we can say is that we have seen thick sections of ultramafic rocks and have postulated that the anticipated geological model has been demonstrated from the core recovered.

There are several types of Ultramafic rock - no details given as to which. No comments as to any visable nickel.

There looks to be nothing much in Power's share price for Haneti and Katoro. So that looks like a reasonable position to be in.

KAVango and NBGC are the two PJ horses in the race that are in the lead. The gold price remains over $1,800 and looks quite stable these days. Whether KAV can come up with the goods on drilling remains a concerning but interesting factor. Every interest POW has is high risk.

What about Haneti? Somehow it's hard to drum up enthusiasm these days. This interest will prove to be a rocket or a damp squib.

The RNS today appears upbeat but no details of individual companies interested in the Uranium tenements so it appears a general comment.

The price of uranium is $46.50 per lb which still remains too low to advance a very expensive uranium mine. So far POW have done little to advance the tenements.


The announcement is far from downbeat though BHP still has the expansion of their Olympic Dam massive mine in Central Australia mothballed.


Okapi Resources is one to watch though after being very upbeat on its IPO. It has come back down to earth somewhat.

So OK from a 'flip it' point of view whilst retaining a small interest. Otherwise be realistic.
