The Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will take place at 10.00 am on 30 March 2022 at Suite 24, Temple Chambers, 3-7 Temple Avenue, London, EC4Y ODT. Documentation in respect of the AGM may be viewed on the Company's website through the following link:
Voting and Questions:

Personally, I can't see any point in asking questions at this stage as they've all been answered before. Just a case of getting on with the IPOs and stopping waffling on and on about all the 14 or so company interests.

POW shares are down 65% from their high point and 330% up from their low point - more importantly 130% up from the re-issue price of 0.5p. Such is the life of an explorer come IPO company: The latter has not happened yet and far from becoming a profitable producer is telling its own story.

Investors look at the warrants coming up mid-year at 0.75p and wonder if that price might be challenged in the market.

So difficult as it may be Power must IPO their Australian assets or at least one quite quickly and successfully. KAVango looks as if it will be beyond mid-year before further drilling results arrive and the share price is backing up quickly. KAToro is having a go now and might just get back to 1p though that would still be disappointing.

As said many a time, POW is in the right place exploring-wise but not even one foot closer to production.

Gold and share prices 2006 to date: apologies wrong ural, back soon.
This chart shows that gold shares need to rise about 300% to get back to the highs in May 2006.
As usual, this does not apply to every gold share as there are laggards and those who basically mess up on forecasts and basic drilling results - always a high risk at the top end.
Then comes the difference between producers and explorers, the latter often trying to push their share price up because they are drilling or about to drill 'but but but' they have no gold and that's a strong point to remember.
Also, the ones that make good profits and then invest in further exploration always failing to pay a dividend.

The obvious difficulty here is having zero assets with a JORC resource or even likely to become a JORC resource. Despite potential Power have zero to sell at present.

KAVango has fallen in price as have KAToro. So prospects look downbeat.

The gold assets in Australia are a different matter as the sector starts a recovery that sadly needs as much bad news as possible but not too bad. Just bad for the foreseeable future. No gold as yet but the assets should IPO reasonably well. If just one manages to IPO the market will see that one of the very many horses has crossed the winning line - YIPPEE!

POW shares are down about 62% which looks bad but on the face of it generally average for a company with no JORC resource anywhere to be seen and a toppy market cap.

Cheer up PJ as Power Metal thankfully is no Petropavlovsk POG. A neighbour of mine suffered a serious stroke a few days ago so everything is quite rosy at Power compared to his situation.

Total assets £6.2m, market cap £18m, in current markets you would expect the above premium to narrow, with 1.2b shares issued asset value is .52p a share.

Still 150m warrants exercisable at .75p by end June.

One wonders if there will be a flurry of conversions as holders grab the remaining profit on those instruments.

Mr Grim predicted that the shares could hit 1p in the New year back in October, not far to go now.

Nothings changed

Buy plot, explore, drill, find metals, sell on

A lot of the projects are at the drill or find metals stage, now is the time to shine.

Keep working hard, keep pushing the geologists and drill programmes, eventually you will find a good one and then it’s onwards and upwards.

Paul Johnson looks somewhat deflated in this media event, he has a large commitment in POW shares which have suffered, now that 1.35p support level has gone one feels the shares have further to fall with 1p the next obvious chart support level.

Seems about right Noira.

As we have said before, warrant issues are just dilution by another name however PJ wants to dress it up.

That said we have a lot of very prospective projects and it only takes one.
Let's hope PJ finds some value adding event before he has to wind up the confetti machine again.

The Annual Results today give shareholders everything they need to know including the raising of cash. The cash raised has diluted the shares and is one of the four principal reasons for the share price decline: The others being the share prices of Kavango and Katoro plus the marketplace itself.

POW shares are in the right driving positions to be in but have not yet arrived at any of the destinations.

A report 3 years ago on magmatic sulphides - read this and decide yourself on the Botswana drilling results.

Since listing in London last July, Kavango Resources (LSE:KV) has been making progress in its quest to locate magmatic, massive sulphide orebodies in Botswana.
In particular, the company is focused on a 450km-long magnetic anomaly called the Kalahari Suture Zone (KSZ), where it hopes to discover deposits of copper, nickel, and platinum group elements.
In this piece, Kavango co-founder and seasoned geologist Mike Moles explains how the magmatic sulphide orebodies Kavango is searching for are formed, what they could contain, and how they can be developed into a marketable product.

KAVango - Botswana RNS

I guess many are reading this to work out if it's good or bad news or even neutral. I'm suspicious as it is worded in grandeur.

Power is now in the range 1.1p - 1.2p range as I guessed. The market hasn't believed the information put out as views from either POW or KAV - Kavango shares have slumped and that is where Power Metal has a big interest.

Despite all this eyes should be solely on the gold and silver interests. A recovering so far sector.

Others have done equally bad or worse:

Gold shares, as well as silver, are up again today across the pond. That is good news for Power Metal.
WE who think realistically see that POW's interests are all over the place in commodities but gold and silver are the places to be.

PJ is always very bullish though my thinking is that he should be more negative at times on individual holdings. On the other hand, he is bullish on gold holdings but now not nearly enough. Maybe bang the drum on some interests but sound the warning horn on others.

Over and out.

Chairman, It does seem what you say is a fair comment. However, Kavango investors have sold the shares down from around 6p to just 3.75p.

The rise in the gold price to well over $1,900 is a plus factor not to be overlooked. This does increase the potential value of POW's Australian gold interests. They need to push drilling and assay results unless they prefer to sell on a more speculative valuation.

Yes Noirua perhaps/maybe but it was not at all bad news just that the drilling campaign has to continue at the KSZ in Botswana

Most of the MAJOR World class discoveries have taken several holes prior to final confirmation....the KSZ is no different so as they say seriously keep thy faith!

No usual RNS from Power Metal about Kavango drilling - good news always reported in the past. On this occasion, it was not good news.

Hi Noirua,
I don’t think Kavangos announcement today was bad news nor good news.
They spent money drilling a hole that left them with more questions and arguably more potential.

KAVango's first drill hole indicates bad news and the usual information provided does not mention any visible nickel. Fortunately, POW may now receive more Kavango shares than first estimated. So far Power shares have not been affected but it may move the share down closer to 1.1p -1.2p when the market wakes up.

It's not easy and I've fallen for the trap many times and can still happen. The idea is to limit risk as much as possible. If you do have funds and your average is higher then maybe it is an idea to look at averaging down if you believe in the company.PJ is a damn good sales man. He will get it moving for sure imoTake a look at MTR he was involved in.From 8p to 65pPOW is a BUY imo
