Certainly not the show stopper that I thought it was when I saw the RNS! But the market has responded well regardless. If it can rise on an agreement like this, imagine what it can do on a polb001 licensing agreement!

Maybe the amount of support in cash terms to get it to the clinic.

I don't know. The name of the partner is missing but other than that I don't know what they could have reasonably added. It's a collaboration or joint research agreement, not a licensing agreement. So Poolbeg get a bit of funding to work on using their delivery mechanism for a particular drug & target delivery site specified by the partner. If it doesn't work, then there will be some learnings which might help them do better next time. If it does work then it will act as proof of concept for the partner who might then be interested in a full licence agreement for the technology.

Whether it merited a full RNS at this stage, I'm not so sure, but it keeps them moving forward and gives them another shot at a licensing agreement should they not manage to find anyone to partner POLB001 in the relatively near term.

Today's news is probably the reason that someone last week bought 1 million shares at 8p. In a half decent market, surely they would be a lot higher than they are now.Must be great value at 7.5p.

A Nasdaq listed company with what market cap?There are companies trading on the Nasdaq with similar market caps to Poolbeg.
If they're not going to tell us the Company they could at least give us a top range of how much the funding worth.

Not dishing it but hey its very vague!
