It is simply not in his interest to delist and any Nomad who takes an x company from the previous Nomad in question I understand has been granted a further 1 or 2 months (not sure) cooling off period granted should it wish to walk away at the end of that period............should he delist he would have to completely start from scratch and reapply to AIM or SDX etc which would cost a lot more in the long run as all the due diligence would have to be done again from scratch and a full listing documentation put together with all the additional lawyers and accountancy costs

Completely different if no Nomad wanted to take it on then he would have no option but logic would dictate he would prefer not too.

Why people put such ill informed posts up on ADVFN these days shows how the owner has let it go to rack and ruin where it is now regarded with a degree of distain and a lot of his original posters have left in their droves.

Anyway I hope Tang succeeds not least for the great Spights who has been here through thick and thin...fingers crossed for you

I don't know it's been tradable on NEX for a long time. Surely there's a way to at least keep that going.

Remember seeing CHL move to NEX very quickly a few months back. They've taken on some really bad ex-AIM rubbish over the last year.

I guess it's still is possible they will get one this week. So there is a slight hope.

If they got the nomad to start the due diligence a few weeks ago and there was no big issues that needed more work on, maybe they could get it sorted in time. Seams unlikely to me though. Doesn't help that they haven't told us anything, but that doesn't necessarily mean nothing has happened.

The only other thing is if they're far enough down the process that AIM allows them an extension. Which is not something they usually do (as seen with CRND).

I do agree to a certain extent, but I can't see them doing a dividend for a long time. I wish they would!!

With them still being on the GCM board and very much focused on Phulbari.....and already being paid a lot of money, I really don't see why they would want to change anything currently. They've just made it difficult for themselves by not being on the ball and engaging a nomad before the deadline date imo.

Polo has what £30 million in assets? No one is going to steal them .....I agree the bod pay themselves far too much but that's a lot of money.

I think people are too negative. polo has a lot of money in cash and investments. It might be time to sell up and return this to shareholders. Two lots of 5p perhaps....received two divis from a similar aim investment company that delisted. If that's the way no point in having an exp listing

I think GCM getting a new nomad was probably down to another director being on the ball and not Tang. I really do think that's the problem here. Quite a few companies said they were already in talks with a replacement nomad by the RNS date, like CRND for example, but companies like POL and CLP released statements like they hadn't even started.

After all some absolute rubbish still got a nomad in time. Even CRND managed to engage with one and that's a complete mess. As shown by the fact their shares got cancelled on Friday, cause they've been suspended for more than six months.

I agree with Spights and expect a new nomad to be appointed. Tang got a new one for GCM very quickly and I expect he will do the same here.

Plus we have companies listed with a value

GCM got a nomad very quickly. That was Tang so I would have expected an announcement with same company.

splights - can I ask why you are confident? I have a holding here and frankly I have written it off. Hope I'm wrong but experience has taught me to be cynical in situations like this.
