Polo lost their Nomad
It was nothing to do with anything they did wrong
With such a variety of holdings and due diligence
I expected it to take a few weeks

However at present my feeling is that the value of my, somewhat considerable, holding in Polo is zero.

We'll have to see what happens when it's delisted. They could do a lot of things that would actually be better for shareholders than just continuing to trade on AIM, but it's a leap of faith and people just don't trust directors at this level.

If they really wanted to the best by shareholders, on delisting they should just do a special dividend and distribute the listed shares (GCM and HIBI)........but obviously that would never happen.

Blackham Resources -$78m AUD 5.98% = $4.66 AUD or £2.7m
Hibiscus Petroleum - 978m MYR 9.22% = 90.1m MYR or £15.9m
GCM Resources -£23.4m 27.8% = £6.5m
Celamin Holdings - $9.4m AUD 12.7% $1.19 AUD or £696,000
Weatherly International - £8.22m 5.2% = £427,000

£2.7m + £15.9m + £6.5m + £696,000 + £427,000 = £26.2m

Polo Market Cap £12.94m

Of the companies that are listed, the value of Polo’s holdings equate to twice its current share price/market cap.

That also gives a zero valuation to their holdings in Nimini Holdings Ltd, Ironstone, Regalis Petroleum and Universal Coal Resources

That's why most of them will end up going to NEX. It doesn't have that issue.
Not sure what POL will do though. It would be very easy to get listed on something in Aus, so if they don't start that process pretty quickly after delisting then I'd be worried.

Tang will be pleased to not have this relisted, I bet there is zero effort in finding a new nomad - Tang will then asset strip everything without scrutiny and shareholders will get nothing.Total write off if you still hold shares (sadly I still have 100,000).
