16/2/2017 09:51 | This was a reply. I received in 2014 Hi Maureen: I appreciate your continued interest in Ironstone Resources. Our focus during the past 2 years has been to complete the definition of our iron Process Flow Sheet, and we have made tremendous progress in conjunction with Hatch engineering. We recently completed our second and major continuous pilot test, and are currently putting the finishing touches on mineral processing tests as a precursor to commissioning our PEA. We expect to commission the Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) - an independent report on the Clear Hills project economics - in June, with an expected delivery date in early September. The PEA will position Ironstone... 1) for a public offering should that be the best course of action. We are seeing an improvement in the markets for mining companies, and if this trend continues, an IPO is a possibility; or 2) attract in institutional investment to fund our next commercial scale pilot test (Q1-2015), which will lead to our pre-feasibility study (PFS). This is an important value-creation objective, and could lead to a more attractive IPO or position Ironstone to attract in a strategic partner next year. Either of the above milestones will build value for Ironstone and benefit our shareholders. In either case, we expect a major liquidity event within 12-24 months. Barry Caplan | spights

15/2/2017 23:41 | That was quick spights, do you have any idea what Ironstone is worth, pre this latest jv? Lithium is the latest must have, but some say it isn't really in short supply, it just needs the big players to kick start production which they'll do at some point. So small fry need to be in early to get the benefit of high prices before the bubble bursts. I've no idea how long that will be but I imagine it could be a couple of years at least, it would be good to hear what quantities and timeframe the jv have. I appreciate that's not an easy one, maybe Greatbanks will divulge more info as the are quoted. Nice to hear Barry sees it as good news. | paleje
15/2/2017 19:21 | Hi: Polo should be releasing a public statement shortly, if they haven’t already. As a major shareholder in Ironstone (18.84%), they will have an indirect ownership stake of approximately 9.42% in the lithium development in Clear Hills and future LiREC® technology licensing opportunities. Hope to announce more good news next month. Regards; Barry | spights
15/2/2017 17:21 | I will come back to you on this | spights
15/2/2017 15:15 | spights ironstone interresting news any views thanks | brian1944
15/2/2017 15:15 | The latest RNS jv with Ironstone + Greatbanks doesn't seem to arouse much interest nor the share price of Greatbanks, maybe it's a bit of a longshot chasing lithium using patented process. POL has 20% of Ironstone, anybody any idea what it's worth or whether the jv is a potential good 'un or not. I seem to remember spights has had successful exchanges with Ironstone. spights? | paleje
