Stop wasting your time posting on every board then and get on with your life. You only waste your time deramping a share your not in if you want to scare people into selling whilst you buy.

Unfortunately for you, you will have no choice but to buy at a much higher price when we re-list. I feel your pain but there really is no need to deramp because ultimately the market will decide what it’s worth from the listing document, so you really are wasting your time I’m afraid.

Just saying, this proposition has been around the block in the US and Germany a couple of times already. The team are old men, which is fine for accountants but not for software engineers. It certainly isn't worth £17m worth of paper dilution. The website update is about as shallow a development as it's possible to imagine.

We must be getting close because all the trolls are coming out of the woodwork. This is a great sign because there's no point in deramping a bad share.

Hamish is one smart cookie and has been doing fantastic deals for GUN recently including today's rns.

When the listing document gets published I'm sure that it will shock all the haters.

You are either IN or locked out sitting on the sidelines. .Im glad I've got my golden tickets because theres going to be a huge mark up when these start trading.

Polemos Plc (AIM: PLMO) announces that it has entered into a subscription agreement with certain investors to raise GBP80,000 on the following terms:

-- Polemos has issued convertible loan debentures for a principal amount of GBP80,000 (the "Loans");

-- The Loans will accrue interest at 5% per annum;

-- The Loans are convertible into Polemos ordinary shares at a price of 0.01p per ordinary share in Polemos or are repayable in 6 months; and

× The Loans include a 1:1 warrant exercisable at the same price for a period of 12 months post issue.

The proceeds of the fundraise will be used for working capital requirements. On 8 September 2017 Polemos announced that it had been assigned the rights under an option agreement to acquire SecurLinx Corporation, a US based cyber security company, through the issuance of 50,981,941,743 new ordinary shares of 0.01p each in Polemos at an issue price of 0.035p per ordinary share with a value of GBP17,843,680 (the "Acquisition"). As the Acquisition would constitute a Reverse Takeover pursuant to AIM Rule 14, on 8 September 2017 the directors of Polemos requested that trading in Polemos ordinary shares be suspended with immediate effect pending the publication of the required AIM Admission Document. Work to successfully complete this Acquisition continues.

The Board of Polemos also announces that Nicholas Lee, Non-Executive Director, has decided to step down from the Board with immediate effect in order to spend more time on his other business interests. The Board would like to thank Nick for his help and guidance during his time with the Company.

Nick invested a lot of money in PLMO for PRS. As you know Nick and Hamish are best buddies and that’s why they are both on the bod. The pair of them have options and I’m sure they havnt wasted their time here for nothing.


I’m looking forwards to the listing document because it will determine how high the market cap is set. There is a stop date at the end of next month so there’s not much more waiting left to do.

COME ON HAMISH, let’s get this show on the road !

- there is a long stop date of 28 February 2018 and an exclusivity period to 31 December 2017...Would have expected some kind of update after the 31st December especially as we get nearer to the end of Feb

We need an update ffs. 4 months suspended now and it doesn't feel any closer to relisting. Oyster are not yet included on the AIM issue list.... we need something positive in an update.

worked out my P/F hike on the of 11 to 14 Dec as my PLMO holding shot up to over 6 million pounds and the share price would have been 0.83p per share..... so i was a millionaire just for a few days :-(
