I put down about £8000 at 0.0021 with about 43million shares.

Works out I get about £15k from the new shares at .35p...

Shame I won't see it for a while but hey that's the game we're in haha!

I spoke to the companies advisor and they said it would be about 3-4 month btw.

Aw well back to gunsynd and ukog!

A few things to note -

placing at a premium 0.035p -

However there is the possibility of valuation in that premium placing -

1000:1 consolidation -

Looking at the company firstly cybersecurity is a massive area of interest -

Secondly for a company that has been around quite a bit the t/o looks low -

What we don't know is the pipeline mentioned -

However this is no UKOG -

For the imbeciles out there and there are many let me make it simple.

PLMO will relist under a new name in around 6 months time and at a consolidated share price of 35p


Divide your current shareholding by 1000 and thats how many new shares you will own.

If you held 10 million old shares you will get 10 thousand new shares @35p

This is not up for debate or argument this is EXACTLY what you get.

Millions of shares are being bought every day.

There may be news inbetween the oyster listing but the major movement won't happen until then!

If the OY listing is still on time , it only leaves a maximum of 17 trading days until we hear something.

Will we see the bulls start buying in on a daily basis now ? And will the market start pricing in some expectation value ahead of the news ?
