You guys are way out of your depth.
A small company like PLMO cannot RTO with a company based in North America/Canada as it would require them to issue shares in another currency , this is something most small companys cannot do.
They have other plans re Oyster and today you have seen the start of them.
The revised deal significantly improves things for PLMO it gets 10% in interest and only needs to convert if the price is in their favour.

You will find out more soon enough as will we all.
I cant say more than that and not because I have any "nudge nudge wink wink" info
I dont do that type of thing.

Apart from.
There are PLANS.
Oyster will be more than it seems.
We wont have to wait too long.

Sounds good to me because at this level ANYTHING changes the scene dramatically.

I don't see this as the RTO vehicle otherwise why buy shares in Oyster - they would have kept the cash imho?

Also oyster are raising there own cash, nomad, advisors etc (see Link on GUN BB).

Maybe wrong but just some thoughts

Good luck with the consultation / research GOPLMO.

I hope you are successful, we could all do with a representative who has some clout who can forge a relationship with this company.

I have seen it before with many shares. Ncondezi, iofina, angle plc, all shares i know of where a private investor made a close relationship with the company for the benefit of shareholders.

A word of caution, not too much of the old nudge nudge wink wink , there will be an announcement on monday etc! That sort of thing just undermined the company concerned.

When I say this is a gamble for me I dont mean its a toss of the coin.
The pros outweigh the cons the "form" looks promising going forwards.
Its a calculated gamble.

Now get back out and enjoy the sun.
I will see what I can find out but it will take a few days probably.
Nobody is in their office on an afternoon like this.
And you cant blame them.

Yes I would like to see new management as well as in completely new but on the other hand Harris is one of Lenigas's right hand men.
So he knows the score raising funds for paper and he has all the contacts.

If this is going to be an RTO vehicle for Oyster then new management would be a given.

Grasping at straws and reading far to much into things will lose you a fortune

This is now a minus 10 bagger since I started following it and they have achieved only that for private punters

PLMO have already proved they can raise funds when they require them.
Oyster can use PLMO as a vehicle.
They might not.
But they might.
Either way this company is on the recovery trail.
Thats when you buy.
Not before and not after but once it has begun.
Sitting on the sidelines never made any man anything.

£10K is what I spend on presents for friends at xmas.
It is a drop in the ocean to me I invest large amounts in proper companies.
This little thing is a fun punt get it ?
A GAMBLE.
I will more than likely lose more than £10k at Ascot today.
But fun will be had.
