What we are witnessing here is second rate ramping of a third rate share. Or in other words: a complete waste of space and a disgraceful waste of time.

Thats is 1.7% of the company. As someone has already said in one hit. Certainly looks like accumulation is taking place, most of the sells were buys. Look at the prices at the time of the trades.
