16/6/2017 13:30 | Oil and Gas | goplmo
16/6/2017 13:29 | Pelamis selling out is a very very good thing Steinpress is a very shadowy South African fraudster with a very very shady past. I wouldnt put anything into this if he was going to be involved. He bought in ages back for some dodgy plan which has failed so he is out. The new people have taken up the slack . It is a dream come true that Steinpress is out you can take it from me. We have Solo oil's Dan Maling and we have Nu world oil and Gas's Dr Burton and we have PRS and Nick Hall all in very recently and with a plan to enrich themselves no doubt. At this ridiculous price we can tag along for the ride. | goplmo
16/6/2017 13:16 | The investment was made on the basis that Oyster intended to list on AIM as soon as practically possible. The board's view was that given past experience of oil and gas companies migrating to AIM this would most likely see a dramatic increase in liquidity and likely a decent increase in market cap. | goplmo
16/6/2017 13:15 | Oyster is listed on the TSV Venture Exchange (TSX-V: OY) and is an international energy group focused on oil and gas exploration and production activities in underexplored hydrocarbon basins. Oyster currently operates 4 blocks in the Republic of Djibouti (100% interest); 3 blocks are located onshore and 1 block offshore, and it also operates a 100% working interest in a large onshore block in the Republic of Madagascar. | goplmo
16/6/2017 12:08 | And up she goes on small volume and no wonder. This is easy money all the way to 1p and 2p quite possibly. They have shown their intent to get into Rare Earth minerals Cobalt and Lithium. Rem did this and REM was in a worse position when it began and had more paper in issue. Rem went to 2p and beyond and they had no money but managed to create deals on paper and using paper. If you look closely here the only person not involved yet is King David himself.... Leni All his Generals are here like Hamish Harris and Dan Maling. One way or another they are going to do something with this and at this pathetic level you have sod all to lose and massive amounts to gain. 30 million shares in this would set you back £9k 30 million shares @ 2p is £600k......... 30 million shares at 1p is £300k 30 million shares at .5p is £150k 30 million shares at .25p is £75k £9K is always going to be £9k Its nothing. Risk it for a biscuit or dont but one thing is for sure these dogs always have their day it matters not whether they are sustainable companies they will have their day regardless. | goplmo

14/6/2017 13:33 | For all I know PLMO have a par value of .0010 or 0.010 I have not looked at it closely. | goplmo
14/6/2017 13:21 | The nominal value of a share is an arbitrary value allotted to that unit. When considering shares, it is usually the market value and not the nominal or book amount which investors and other stakeholders are interested in. The market value of a share in an established company is likely to be different from that of its nominal value. In cases where the market value is the greater of the two, the difference is called the share premium. | goplmo
14/6/2017 13:18 | Many common stocks issued today do not have par values; those that do (usually only in jurisdictions where par values are required by law) have extremely low par values (often the smallest unit of currency in circulation), for example a penny par value on a stock issued at USD$25/share. Most jurisdictions do not allow a company to issue stock below par value. | goplmo
14/6/2017 13:18 | The par value of a share is the value stated in the corporate charter below which shares of that class cannot be sold upon initial offering; the issuing company promises not to issue further shares below par value, so investors can be confident that no one else will receive a more favorable issue price. | goplmo
14/6/2017 13:09 | Companies cannot list new shares below the par value of the share. If a company share has a par value of 1p it has to get shareholder approval to place new shares below 1p As Plmo is as low as it can go the limit for any company issuing new shares is .0010p? | goplmo
14/6/2017 12:54 | There is no way in hell that they can raise at .1p Where is this rule?? | barnes4
