22/5/2024 05:58 | Plus no debt | pirates4
22/5/2024 05:41 | I'm not here to promote share price predictions, just merely the product. | pirates4
22/5/2024 04:09 | Those looking to stop this must realise that the alternative is administration.. It's that simple This will go ahead to avoid that and it's happening all over aim to other companies so Polx is no different. If you squander cash and have very high losses it's going to happen. The management are poor and need removing but good luck with that after the fund raise due to their holdings. This is about the biggest mess of a company I have seen. Even at 2p it's not a good investment imo. Sure there might be some bargain hunters and traders but once they have gone it will be back to 1p or under imo Pirates and Mr White are here that to me spells disaster too as they get everything wrong. They have just said more dillution is very likely to come here so good luck with this as that's red flag aleaady. Watch this crash to 1p and under imo | bones698
21/5/2024 22:46 | You can't strip cash out JH as it's needed to run the business and as above there will be further funding needed. A total blowout. | nigelpm
21/5/2024 22:45 | This is a real kicker also. The fundraise won't be enough. "The Company will require further capital in order to execute its longer-term strategy which includes obtaining regulatory approval for new indications and the commercial launch of its technology in new jurisdictions, including Europe. The Board will therefore continue to explore additional funding options, including strategic partnerships, non-dilutive government funding from grants and further issues of Ordinary Shares, subject to the Directors being satisfied with the issue price of the shares at the time." | nigelpm
21/5/2024 22:33 | Bucket shops and flippers haven't been taken in. Imho very little of the Funding shares will be sold on. However i am expecting 1.5-2p Open. At 1p enterprise value of £2.1m Cash £7.9M MKT Cap £10M £50M spent getting to this stage with FDA approval. I will be a buyer @ 1.5p Cash £7.9M Enterprise Value £7.1M MKt Cap £15M Good value imho | john henry
21/5/2024 21:03 | Let's see the collaborations from the ats conference. | pirates4
21/5/2024 21:03 | But Nigel 10 million of the 12 will be cash | washingmachine
21/5/2024 21:02 | That will be more than what the market cap is currently at just 8 million. | pirates4
21/5/2024 21:00 | There's companies with over more shares than it will on here and they are doing much better. Eg. AIG, sbry, etc they are in a worse state than this. This lot has a tech which is advancing . Soon in the UK.nhs. After trials at Sheffield, Oxford University. Already expanding in the USA. Vida has already expanded into Japan, so the market demand is out there. Jmo do your own research. | pirates4
21/5/2024 20:58 | They still need sales to come quickly. Nothing has changed really other than shareholders being shafted. | nigelpm
21/5/2024 20:57 | Let's wait and see. Market cap at 1p would be (787m + 200m + 216m) = 1,202m shares in issue. @ 1p that's a market cap of £12m - probably still way overvalued given the cash burn. | nigelpm
21/5/2024 20:49 | Dont be silly nigel this wont go below 1p tomorrow. | neo26
21/5/2024 20:49 | Now we know why amati ran away. | neo26
21/5/2024 20:47 | I expect this will go well below 1p tomorrow so you can all buy as many as want on same terms as cornerstone investors. | nigelpm
21/5/2024 20:32 | It could go either way. | pirates4
21/5/2024 20:31 | They wouldn't be distributing this amount of shares, if that is supposed to happen. | pirates4
21/5/2024 20:23 | That ain't really that long - I don't fancy their chances given where they are right now. | nigelpm
21/5/2024 20:18 | They have till 2026 to at least break even | washingmachine
21/5/2024 20:10 | I actually think they've done reasonably well to get any kind of funding at this stage with cash burn and no real outlook to profitability. | nigelpm
21/5/2024 20:10 | Is it worth a punt now ? I’m thinking it could be | washingmachine
21/5/2024 20:10 | They have no other choices folks - it's this or wind the company up? What would you prefer? | nigelpm
21/5/2024 19:50 | As I understand it, individual directors can be held to account for their actions. If there has been collusion to the disbenefit of us, then they must be held to account. | gclark
21/5/2024 19:35 | Apologies for the duplication above. We may need to seek legal advice as to whether there is a case that the strategic investors colluded with the directors to the disbenefit of other shareholders. Are the directors acting in the best interest of ALL shareholders? Mmm | gclark |
