A revised RNS will have to be issued as this rns cannot be allowed to stand as was pointed out earlier on the other board and Jusjusjus above6752.

Almost all of the Board of directors have never been shareholders.

After this placing Nukem and Bracco will own just about 39 or 40% of the company
and together with directors they will be very close to 50% threshold.

This isnt just a heavily discounted placing price -
No Board of directors should behave towards its shareholders like this for 18 months since FDA approval.

Nukem Bracco and directors via smiling Dr Chris have effectively taken control of the share capital of the company.

Shanta gold shareholders were outraged recently just as gold went through $2000.
It just isnt all about medtech or poor sales figures

This fundraise vues the company at £2.4m after all the investment and features approval. That is way undervalued.
We should tell the directors to put the company up for sale, An offer of £3-4m would be preferred by me.
This fundraise may be in the interests of the strategic partners, but it's not in mine as a PI.

The company is today being valued at £2.4m based on this fundraise price. This is ridiculous. We shareholders should force the company to invite offers for the company from interested parties. A price of £3-4m will be preferable for me.
This fundraise and dilution serves the interests of the strategic partners but does it serve the interests of us? I don't think so.

As I said numerous times previously also

Investors putting fresh capital in always get to name their terms.

There have been some incredibly naïve individuals on here who will no doubt never appear again.

Good support from the directors, in to the tune of US$321bn!

'Certain Directors of the Company and Management intend to subscribe for up to a total of approximately US$321,000 million'

Washingmachine 2/3 of the placing is being taken by cornerstone investors and directors. So they set the price at 1p.
Total greedy B stards
Dont forget Bracco and Nukem will take up a fair chunk of the open offer

The only positive as I see it is the runway will extend to Q1 2026 - so they've bought some time but current investors have paid a very very heavy price for their failure to commercialise.

Total disregard for current shareholders
Or money is still not available for companies like this
No matter the technology
AGL springs to mind here , followed closely by APTA

I dont hold at present but wow that Placing is an absolute disgrace.
Directors and cornerstone investors have absolutely screwed exiting holders.
Funding was always an issue but 1p valuing the existing company at £2M
Absolutely Gobsmacked

Pauliewonder… they tried to raise February 2023 off the back of the approval but were told to go and prove yourself and sell some units. Market knew the raise was coming and drifted lower ever since.. and combined with the fact they haven’t really sold anything it’s a one way street.
Previous CEO assured me during 2022 that ‘the story would transcend the day’ regardless of difficult market etc…

Glad I got out last year

What a disgrace. Sorry for holder's of this, they have been royally shafted. Can't for the life of me see why they didn't raise when the share price was substantially higher. This is an issue that was known about for some time and they haven't acted until the price was decimated. Now its going to be massively difficult for long term shareholders to achieve their return. Disgraceful

With no clear visibility to profits you'd be mad to take a punt here even at 0.2p - it looks more dead than ever to me.

I really don’t think necessarily it’s aim that is dead all the time..

A simple case in this regard of a company whose products are not in as high demand as once thought. Maybe you could make a case that the general market hasn’t been great for raising money, particularly when they tried last year however ultimately there’s been no demand for POLX products and as a result it is what it is.
