You were generally clear. I'm just being pedantic! Haven't spoken to management but I'm pretty certain their strategy would have been not to commit at such a low price for yet to be built sites which makes sense. I believe there are quite a few sites out there with planning that have cm contracts at the better rates which are ripe for takeover . Interesting times

Absolute rubbish

Twitter lol that it?

Wowwwwwwwwwww investors are banging the doors down to buy PPG arnt they, hence a pathetic 1.6p

The right news??????????? such as?????????????????

I will try and educate you:
If you build a new house and you want the best price you have to advertise.

Simply putting it on Twitter will not get you the best price.
Hope that helps?

Looks like your previous quote 'THE CEO IS SAT IN HIS OFFICE WORKING HARD TO BRING IN MORE WORK and does not have time to promote PPG was a waste of time.

Did not bring any work in during the last auctions did he lol.

I love SavyBishop's post of woulda could shoulda tomorrow stuff.

And contain phrases such as: might, maybe, could, may well, possibly, etc lol

What has the CEO done to improve the share price since the last 15 year deals and go on about changing over to gas? What has he done to promote the company in the last 2 years?

Apart from the back street presentation he held in a local pub in Manchester last week?

For example: Enter PPG into YouTube and what do you get LMAO

LMBO: Very apt lol.

I mean who the hell thought of such a silly long winded name for a company?

Type into youtube: plutus powergen

You get an impressive 8 views with no comments; common guys, do what other company's do, get some of your insider mates promoting PPG and get some comments on the page; it must have cost thousands to produce with poor promotion.

Well said Cody, I also have had similar messages from probably the same person and always occur when you get a little to closer to the truth.

I think we all agree PPG has great potential but hit a brick wall in direction with not much happening to improve the share price now or in the near future; unless it obtains further deals in upcoming auctions. As seen, these auctions are very competitive and not viable once bidding for these contracts start.

PPG really need to bring someone on board who can bring new ideas to the company rather than trudge along steady as she goes rather than doing things to catch up with those who are way ahead in the business.
Only way I see PPG improving its share price is if rumours occur stating they are a take over target?

Ps,
Get a room you 2 lol

Plutus agreed one 15 year year contract at lower rate. My understanding is that three sites being built this year decided not to accept such a low price . As Cody says the industry is in a state of flux . Next auctions in a year could be a lot higher price . So why commit to a 15 year price that is not helpful to the business . It may even be that the capacity mechanism is deemed not the right way forward and a new scheme will be initiated.

"I watch because it is interesting. I comment because i am happy to share any knowledge i have, if it will be useful to others"...and consistant in that you have always been. A pleasure to read your posts Cody.

MaybeSum - that may be the correct answer from codydotcom, not sure but I do know the company is giving the impression still that everything is on track to press ahead with several gas-sites once funding is complete. This latter is obviously major.

BishopPawn has spelled out a lot of the ways the company can still expect to generate revenue and, indeed, Charles Tatnal has stated openly the CM was not crucial. The CM getting down to such low level this year for T-4 auctions was disappointing and we backed out at those levels except for 2 sites if my memory serves me right.

Just spotted a message in my inbox. Rather than engage in direct messaging, I'll post the Q&A here.

Intrigued as to why you are so negative about Plutus. I know you feel financial projections are over optimistic but I'm slightly baffled as to why you are so involved in the discussion since you say you are not invested and will not invest. Which part if the industry do you work in? What is it about Plutus that you really dislike? I don't get it!!

I'm not negative Plutus per se. There isn't anything that I really dislike. There just isn't anything that I really like. The industry is in flux. Very good companies will win. Others will fall by the wayside. I watch because it is interesting. I comment because i am happy to share any knowledge i have, if it will be useful to others.

As an investor, i see no benefit in owning a share which is ramped. Good companies can make terrible investments, if they are pumped and dumped. I'd prefer everyone to have a sensible and realistic understanding of the value, and then when it does appreciate, it is sustainable.

That said, i'm not suggesting PPG is ramped, and i have no intention of policing boards and correcting statements i disagree with. It is up to individuals to make up their own minds. But i am happy to respond if i am asked questions, and post news when i come across it.

How long was it before you fell asleep?

As said, talk is cheap, actions only will improve the share price

Gas sites being built are linked to CM contracts being won is my understanding of the interims. How many gas site CM contracts did the company win in the recent auctions? I've been out of action for a few weeks so don't know the score currently, anyone?
