16/2/2018 17:31 | That a trick question lol? Heard those who did go fell asleep listening to them drone on, hence the fall in the share price. I mean; common, just look at the performance lol, its pathetic. Seems like those who did go were promised free jam and would arrive within the next 10 years. zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz | marvin9
16/2/2018 17:19 | did u go marvin? | brad44
16/2/2018 17:03 | So much for advertising the event, just about proves my point; they are a waste of space when it comes to selling the company. Didn't do much for the share price either? | marvin9

14/2/2018 22:27 | Hi marvelman Short answer is I don’t have a position, and don’t intend to take one. I’ll post a longer answer when I have the time, but some of my reasons have been posted in the other board recently. HTH | codydotcom

13/2/2018 10:49 | It would very useful also to the small investor to have an update and analysis in magazine articles and in the pages of the Financial Press. I am hopeful that this will happen soon. | bishopawn
13/2/2018 10:46 | There are rumours of major presentations shortly..... | bishopawn
13/2/2018 10:14 | Thanks for taking the time for very detailed reply Savvy. I think it would be useful for PPG to start giving indications of some valuations. Forecast ones a year ahead would be fine. Investors tend to base purchase decisions on these, for example price to book value, and forward PERs, EPS growth rates. I think these types of indicators would draw more investors in. I can imagine much will depend on the development into gas in terms of the number of sites etc, but some sort of middle estimates would be useful. | pbanus
12/2/2018 17:09 | Very very hard to come up with an exact figure given so many variables. The good news is that Rockpool principal aim on any investment is to get out with a profit for their EIS investors. Most investors are high net worth so will make a large amount of profit even at break even. Each site raised £3.6 million initially and then around a further £2 million was raised to put machines on site . So the average cost per site was around £5.6 million. So - how do we value each site? The only clear figures we have so far are from the Plymouth outfit, by the name of Attune. This had revenues of £1.2 million last winter. The other five should earn something similar this winter. Five have 15 year contracts with CM at a good level (£380K or £420K) Income from STOR is scheduled to rise which will to some extent balance out the loss from TRIAD disappearing although not fully compensate. So; completely unscientifically, I am going to average revenues at around £1 million for each site. Lets say real profit of over £600K per site. How much would someone be willing to pay to get heir hands on that income stream ? That is the million dollar question. Rockpool will need their original stake out which is £32.4 million. Asset finance will need to be repaid as well, circa £18 million. Looks like around £9 million per annum will be bringing that figure down from the income inside the spvs. In 2014 AIM-listed company, Alkane Energy plc, spent £12m acquiring peak power assets from Welsh Power. Alkane Energy was itself then acquired by Balfour Beatty Infrastructure Partners LP, a major infrastructure fund at an enterprise value of £80m. Base. I'm not going to speculate exactly what we will be worth but I'm pretty sure it will be a lot more than the current market cap!! | 1savvyinvestor
12/2/2018 16:33 | Assuming the Rockpool sites are sold next year I'm wondering what the net asset value of PPG would be at that time. Do we know what debt PPG would have then? We could then compare the net asset value per share with the current share price to come up with a price to book value valuation. | pbanus |
