someone has been spooked MayBeSum. In order to get into the capacity market auctions the company took out loans from a couple of shareholders. These are short term loans and Plutus has done this before. They have no need for more cash other than to bridge into the bigger deal that is currently being discussed. Once that is signed off the shareholder loans will be repaid . For some reason the share price has been taken down by a few people getting nervous. Still an excellent time to buy imho.

They did say maybe 20% max equity dilution in the last RNS so I don't think it's a cash call coming .

don't worry monty. Marvin has developed his own unique way of shorting. You buy shares in a company and then talk the price down so that you can sell at a bigger and bigger loss. He did it last year so needs to fund living in his box under the arches of Waterloo bridge

What is historical, is how the share was pump and dumped last year and crashed so fast and now we see the same again.

Not saying the company does not have potential but defo, been pumped and dumped!

SavyBishop finally comes clean and says it as it is. PPG is a pile of biz and expect more of the jam tomorrow during 2018.

Have to say, well done for stating the obvious I exposed over the last 2 years.

Wonder if he will now get slated?

poor nw99 who claims to own 95% of the company is bricking it.

Or is SavvyBishop calling a double bluff? Now he has off loaded his shares and wants the share price to fall so he can buy back mega cheaper?

Who knows.

Well; there were 12.5 million shares issued. Personally I think that we are making a false connection but bishop may be correct. If it is the note holder then he/she has probably ditched half by now. As bishop says; yes - we supporters of Plutus do currently have egg on our faces. Still waiting for the over 3p momentum to take us up. The good news is that anyone making share predictions for 2018 would do well to tip Plutus. 10p by Christmas 2018? Directors have been surprisingly quiet publicly over last month but that could be because they are sitting on something so massive that they are simply not allowed to communicate. If spectacular news arrives and directors are out of a closed period we could see some big director buys from current prices.

Yes, a lot of egg on our faces as we (I) have been predicting for years...3 pence by Christmas, and that was several Christmas's ago!!! LOL.

Just goes to show you cannot second guess the Market.

There was a lot of bullish talk from the Company in past years, but the roll-out has been slower than expected, and the bottom line has not been spectacular. A lot of jam tomorrow.....which may still come true... BUT....there are more exciting plays elsewhere in the market in the meantime.

The recent issuing of shares to the lender of the loan note was expected, but that will not have helped sentiment, and the shares may have been dribbling into the market since, in nice round numbers, 200,000, 100,000, 300,000 etc etc....thus a suppressed share price reaction to the last RNS.

So will 2018 be any different?...Perhaps.

But nonetheless disappointing not to have benefited from this amazing bull market. Caught in a squeeze between big companies like Fevertree doing very well and smaller higher risk stocks taking off recently. At some point I think things will change and we will have an explosion of interest. The Cantor 3.6p rec should become common knowledge soon as they have a three month exclusive note to clients which is up early Jan I believe.

bear in mind when the bear market really starts it will be those riskier high price shares that will get clobbered but shares like ppg which have underperformed should be safer

Me neither. All very perplexing. Volume is tiny though. Plutus wise I will be glad to see the end of 2017. Been a very disappointing year share price wise . Started superbly but was clobbered by the infamous ofgem announcement . Business wise things have moved on nicely and we are on the verge of a major shift into gas. I can only presume rainbow chasers moving elsewhere and a few genuine investors tired of waiting . January should be interesting .
