They hold 4.5% , or 32 million of Plutus Shares which they bought in 2015. Long term holders and seem to be in it for bigger rises!!
Slightly odd day - several fairly sizeable sells but I noticed that you could sell large amounts at end of day for 2.5 so there is obviously demand. AGM tomorrow and in all likelihood some site news very soon. The thing that will really ignite the share price is if/when we get gas news.

of interesting note, Chelverton Asset Management hold a large chunk of PPG shares:

it accounts for around 17.5% of their Chelverton Growth Trust investment trust.

Savvy, I agree with you! Exciting times are just ahead for Plutus and I cannot wait for the next announcement of one or possibly two power plants being connected the grid......that will really light a fuse under the share price I think 4p will happen on the next connection announcement.

Well, hmmmmm Savvy......there was consistent chunky selling before the Offgem ruling back in March that was extremely suspicious and that coupled with enthusiasm/ramping by certain posters leading to pump and dump accusations flying about.When people have serious amounts of hard earned money invested in a company they do get very annoyed if they think something underhand has been going on... just saying....and watching carefully.....where is your old pal Bishop by the way?

NTV; This from the Final Results;

Future projects will be held in separate subsidiary companies, in which PPG will seek to obtain an interest of 80%, however PPG may enter into joint ventures or other flexible financing options, the principle generally being that the accounts of each vehicle will be capable of consolidation into the group accounts.

Funding;
Debt markets: there are emerging opportunities to provide development capital for management contracts.

Banks: we have strong relationships with a number of banks and other financial institutions to provide debt financing, including JCB.

Third party investors: we continue to work with other potential and credible investors, including a 'Big 6' utility group with whom we agreed an indicative partnership to fund 20% of future projects.

Investors: PPG was readmitted to AIM in August 2014 to capitalise on the opportunity in flexible power generation and intends to raise further funding from a £50m bond issue to enable us to develop further sites.
