18/12/2017 16:38 | no net impact on the share price suggests a director in the process of moving them to his SIPP | pbanus
18/12/2017 16:37 | No idea maybe an overhang clearing...the two 10m could bea roll but not sure mm's would agree to that size...sometimes it can be an idb picking up stock for a client...but 15m is a buy by looks of it...sadly not mine lol | seagreen
18/12/2017 16:34 | 15m shs sloshing around somewhere | nw99
18/12/2017 16:23 | Interesting afternoon. Very hard to know exactly what those trades are. Significant amounts of money! Something is stirring in the loins of Plutus Powergen. | 1savvyinvestor
18/12/2017 16:18 | @seagreen, could it be a director transferring shares to a pension fund? He'd need to sell and then buy. | pbanus
18/12/2017 16:01 | large block trades been placed by look of it curious? | seagreen
17/12/2017 10:02 | The Tesla 100MW can power 30,000 homes for up to an hour in the event of a blackout. The Rockpool/PPG 20MW diesel plants have a small footprint and can run indefinitely to meet local demand in the UK. I agree diesel will eventually be phased out, thats why PPG are moving into gas and also potential collaborations for battery back-up. | cossie
17/12/2017 09:11 | Over here in Australia the big news is Tesla's completion of a 100MW battery. Now I haven't yet looked at how long it's charge will last when put into use but the question I ask is whether battery storage technology is going to render standby diesel generation redundant in the medium term? | esmerelda
15/12/2017 17:53 | whatever happened to the big 6 partner? A lot of excitement about that, 12 months ago. I'd almost forgotten about them. Does anybody know of any progress? | codydotcom
15/12/2017 17:12 | Since the end of August, the share price has been above 2 pence and would appear to have been consolidating over the past 4 months on quite low volume of trading. Imo, it should easily break-out above 3 or 4 pence with concerted buying as the investment case for Plutus continues to strengthen in 2018: a low risk company...asset backed..... with stable revenue streams. Merry Christmas! and a Prosperous Plutus New Year! | bishopawn
15/12/2017 16:12 | There is just Ipswich to go of the current sites. My understanding is that it is ready to connect but waiting on the final actual grid connection which is slightly beyond its control. Itchy sellers seem still to be holding the price back. News flow could show us a completely different phase of growth about to be entered into. | 1savvyinvestor
14/12/2017 18:23 | Cheers Sav. 18% of revenue in year 1, falling to 14% in year 5. But that equates to approx 30% of EBITDA, imho. My main concern right now is when the remaining sites are being commissioned. They have likely missed one of the triads already | codydotcom
14/12/2017 11:34 | Cody and Bohemian. Fine to have bearish points. We should all be open eyed about investments. My reading of the £50 million listed bond is that Triad accounts for 18% in year 1, 20% in year 2 falling to 14% in year 5. The bond's 7 % interest rate looks very competitive. They will need to pay £350 k a year in interest payments which looks very doable even in Year 1. The next step for anyone invested here or thinking of investing is - how close are we to raising that sum of money? Presumably the fact that it has appeared on the website means something has happened. I wonder what it could be? | 1savvyinvestor
13/12/2017 21:11 | Only bullish posts appreciated on this thread - Be careful not to pop the blue sky scenarios. :-) | bohemian13
13/12/2017 16:58 | not sure of your point maybesum, but i'm guessing you don't want to hear anything other than the bullish view. I'll leave you to it. good luck with your investment | codydotcom
13/12/2017 16:29 | Codydotcom, plenty of purchases at this level indicate that people don't agree with you. | maybesum
13/12/2017 15:09 | Maybe not the most important thing, and I know it's been discussed a lot. But if you remove Triad from that teaser document, EBITDA per site is down by 30%. I think that's material. I still don't see a compelling enough argument for buying at this level. Playing slightly with just a few assumptions can make such a massive impact on the returns. | codydotcom
13/12/2017 14:51 | Triad really not the most important thing here. So many bits of news to come . Perplexed by sellers selling at this price . Bonkers. | 1savvyinvestor
13/12/2017 12:53 | Offgem may well be told to go back to the drawing board on their current Triad ruling and come up with a much more reasonable and sensible proposal. That is my opinion on the likely outcome of the Judicial Review. | maybesum
13/12/2017 11:26 | There is a strong view that the triad revenue wll continue and that the regulator will drop this ...but I view that this will be a bonus should it occur | seagreen
13/12/2017 11:14 | Also the CM revenue assumes an auction clearing price of £26-28. Last year cleared at £22.50, and predictions for this year are generally lower. Rose-tinted assumption being made there. | codydotcom
13/12/2017 11:07 | not seen that before, thanks Phantom Still assuming continued triad revenue, despite the regulator saying it will disappear. Whether there will be legal challenge or not, that does not seem a sensible assumption to me. I'm also wary of the supplier PPA revenue forecasts. They look a bit toppy to me. | codydotcom
13/12/2017 10:07 | hxxp://www.plutuspow Some interesting background if not seen before. | phantomf4m
13/12/2017 09:22 | @Savvy "Let's make a cautious guess of 4 sites up and running for winter 2018-19 and then running through the summer too. Annual income of £12 million approx for four sites." I'd describe that as ambitious, not cautious | codydotcom
13/12/2017 09:21 | Certainly hope so. This is my joint largest holding along with VLTY. VLTY - the shareprice is now behind the earnings curve after the last TS, fully expect it to rise by 50% in the next 3 months. | basem1 |
