by the way, i dont think it would take much to get the share price moving, market size 85k or £700.

going to be very interesting to see what happens when further news arrives.

from the limited knowledge i have i think usop looks very dodgy, somethings not right there and i don't like the look of it at all.

the relevance to our situation i don't think is as as strong as one would at first expect. at the end of the day had we followed the recommendations of the board all the way through and no action was taken to remove the directors and push for the extra £500k then i think shareholders funds (cash) would be somewhere around 0.05-0.1p.

why? because we wouldn't have the £500k extra in the pot and i believe we would also have to pay the salaries of the directors while they wound the company down.

then look at the flipside of what everyone else got. the related party forum got a substantial chunk of the company with an undisclosed contract not offered to the open market, icap got their rie, and the directors thought they were justified in walking away with £400k+ for the privilege of doing this to us.

as you are aware there were also a number of irregularities underpinning this, some disclosed on here, some not.

now i can say that the directors failed in their fiduciary duty, and they can take action if they wish to, but why would you when you know the historical facts are clear and any court in the land would ultimately conclude the same.

likeise there could be an argument, "well we complied with this rule, complied with that rule....etc", they did, but the big picture says one thing and one thing only.

I'm with Harry on that I won't forget the past. But I'll keep the new thread for the future's business, once I've found out where Africa is.

I'll have to polish up on my oil terms like "Spuding" "boepd" but hopefully not "Dusters"

On the subject of oil companies a interesting article over on iii,

It seems the board can fight the investors and hopefully it can also go the other way round, what do you reckon Harry?

Daytraders,

Yes - that's great. I will see you and the rest of the shareholders and hopefully new investors over there from tomorrow.

Let's keep it factual, make sure one of us posts each RNS as and when they appear and hopefully any links we find in the press to do with PLMO too. I shall certainly be scanning the papers for information on our new company.

I feel hopeful and excited about our new future now.

Africa is rich with resources so no reason to be anything but positive.

Daytraders - I'm hoping someone who has full membership here will set up new thread, perhaps a link to the new website and the definitive intention of the new company going forward as per RNS in the header. Added to that our chart as of tomorrow's date. Also mention of our major shareholders too.

Something fresh, clean and clear would be good.

Daytraders - agreed from me.

Harry - I think it would be most unfair if old history were brought on to the PLMO thread and I for one will filter anyone who continues to go on about it. THIS thread is for PMK and old business.

Just in case it should come up for a vote I would also vote NO to any legal action being taken and any more of OUR money being wasted. I would hope that major shareholders such as Bruce Rowan and ADI would also see that it would be more beneficial to focus on the future now.

I seem to vaguely remember something being talked about regarding out of court settlement but felt sure that it may well have had something to do with other matters - perhaps when Worldspreads went under - not sure. To be honest I am past caring. I DO believe in karma though.

I am now going to search for PLMO and focus on that.

Things are looking good now.

We will become PLMO.

May I suggest that a new thread is started please.

We can still interact here should anythings transpire with regards to past history and any further pay offs that may happen.

BUT as a long-term shareholder of PMK I really would like to now focus on the future of PLMO.

I'm perfectly happy to follow both threads.

I feel it's the correct thing to do, since a definitive intention of investment strategy has been now declared in AFRICA. We could at very last talk about that if we wanted to and be in the same boat as any new investors with regards to information.

Waldorf - you are a fully paid member here - how do you feel about starting our new thread?
