Top montetip - pot roast yer brisket low and slow in a full can of Potts beef stock. When ready, use the some of the cooking liquer and add bisto best granules to make a lush gravy.

They used to cover Roker Park with straw & pick some lads from the paddock to clear it an hour before kick off, free bovril & bag of peanuts on offer, what a privilege that was
