A cross between The Winchester and a brothel?

Or just a brothel?

I meant to ‘say’ earlier that whilst picking up some antique chair Mrs E had ordered we stumbled upon this place.

Some sort of cabaret hall (in what looks like a 1970s scout hut) right in the middle of the scummiest part of town, where all the hookers hang out. It was so dodgy I didn’t even want to leave the car untended.

Ford vs Ferrari - 2019, Prime - really enjoyed this bit of kinema, particularly teh strong performances delivered by both Bale and Damon. A solid 9.3/10

One Ranger 2.8/10

Not good at all, Mrs E went to bed early after about 15 minutes. I stuck it out, which was probably a mistake. It came across as very low budget, presumably most of the money was spend on John Malkovic's ridiculous accent?

I note that Il Papa has come over all anti-benderish. Shouldn’t really come as any surprise.

I've made a note to confirm with Dom on 5th July. jeffian. I will, of course, make an apology, if required.

Aye Dominic, it was 1963 again and all was as it should be. Everyone was English or Scots. The girls were secretaries or nurses, the blokes did the rough stuff.

"He's in a VERY safe Conservative seat"

Is there such a thing? The wettish ones go to LibDem/Green (viz Zac Goldsmith losing his seat) and the Thatcherites go to Reform. That just leaves Dom.

Who Dom votes for is completely irrelevant. He's in a VERY safe Conservative (supposedly) seat, as one would expect, of course.

"The lying ahithouses have had to U-turn and subsequently deny it, having been well and truly busted."

Evidence of the fight back.
