16/12/2015 13:19 | Only a dilution in percentage of the whole, but if Ple is correctly valued, the whole will be worth more, so no dilution in value of holdings which is key. What fdo you prefer 50% of £10 or 10% of £100 | lagosboy
16/12/2015 13:14 | which is still a fair premium to the current PLE share price. | zangdook
16/12/2015 13:09 | $HK1 = £0.086 mkt cap based upon last night's close is 3,485,730,523 * $HK0.091 * 0.086 = £27.28mln Assuming no premium to the acquisition then PLE's mtk cap of £36mln (taking the figure from this thread) + £27.28 for RP gives us £65mln £65mln = $HK755 and with 15.05 billion shares in issue, the share price SHOULD be HK$ 0.05, or 0.4p | sportbilly1976
16/12/2015 12:50 | As per Regent Pacific's website, they currently have 3,485,730,523 shares in issue hxxp://www.regentpac From the rns yesterday; "Under the terms of the Offer, Plethora Shareholders (other than Regent Pacific) will, in aggregate, receive approximately 11,568,619,063 New Regent Pacific Shares" so NEW Regent pacific will have 15,054 million shares, of which PLE stock holders will have 76.8% so roughly a 4:1 dilution for existing RP shareholders | sportbilly1976
16/12/2015 12:11 | AI H. What do you think RP's market cap is exactly? | isanboi
16/12/2015 12:08 | Small dilution ? ... LOL, try multiples of the current RP share issue, hardly small. One major reason this hasn't moved is related to the fact they still have not confirmed the 6 dose can issue has been resolved. Going nowhere until it is because that is the chosen product package and until they get it working they have no product to offer the market. | al h
16/12/2015 11:48 | Exactly. Far too many best guessers here who ignore the facts. Read the RNS. If you hold shares they will be converted and your holding will move to another exchange. There is nothing more to add. You either want to do that or you don't. If you don't, then you will sell. If you wish to hold you will be the owner of RP shares and they will be valued sensibly on a stable exchange. It may or may not be above the price here but currently it is way higher. | sidjameslaugh
16/12/2015 11:46 | mrejh is correct - value been created by providing access to cash to develop product. Market will determine quantum of that value, not the a paper exercise, to achieve it,. | lagosboy
16/12/2015 11:42 | BB's reported as having sold 250,000 shares They hold 55 million. | lagosboy
16/12/2015 11:41 | Also, remember the share price was at 4ish before possible takeover news came through. At that stage the co. was poorly financed and likely to have a placing...Are we in a better position now? YES. RP will finance development of product and we are getting more value that the 4 or 5p we could have got in market at that time, despite a small dilution. The company is in a much better position, albeit there will be some turbulence moving to HK. | mrejh
16/12/2015 11:40 | isanboi- I did not say that - I said at this point in time the UK AIM market is valuing Ple at 5p. That implies that they believe the RP share price will fall significantly. That is logic, not my opinion. This can of course change rapidly and significantly at any point in time. There is no guarantee that when the new RP shares are issued that your Ple shares will be worth 12.5 p. They will be worth for each one you have the value of 15.7076 RP shares based upon the quoted share price on the HK market. | lagosboy
16/12/2015 11:36 | The higher the volume the better. | mrejh
16/12/2015 11:35 | What is the date of the listing? | bobby.ifa
16/12/2015 11:34 | AllAs you can see from RNS, there is a seller in the market called Baker Bros. they are US fund and Ple is their only holding outside U.S. They possibly have rules against holding HK stock in their fund and possibly therefore are unwinding position here. Clearly as Reg Pac cannot be sold short they need to unwind Ple position. They bought in at 9.5p placing and they have large number of warrants. The vol was 4 mill yesterday on news, and I'm sure at least 2 mill of that was Baker Bros. the share price will be suppressed until they are sold out. So we know why the share price is not higher, and we know when it will be higher (when baker Bros. are sold out). Therefore...don't panic Mr mannering, the price will go higher when supply of stock is gone. | mrejh
16/12/2015 11:26 | Its not the RP shareholders that are the current issue. The current Ple holders and potential holders are taking the view that the RP share price will fall significantly when the new shares are issued. Brandy is correct. It is a paper exercise to make cash available to Ple, RP could have offered twice the number of shares. The value being created is the availability of cash to allow Ple to move forwards - the market determines that value. | lagosboy
16/12/2015 11:24 | randy5911 - 16 Dec 2015 - 11:04 - 9444 of 9447 - 0There are some people on hear that are so stupid it's not even funny lol Ask your self why a large invested hasn't brought £10 mil pounds worth at 5p ?????Paper exercise chapsOf course you get them at 5p.... | tsmith2
16/12/2015 11:08 | Wow. So many experts. And the reason you are still here and have been for many years is that you have not made a jot of money out of aim to allow you to move on and get a better life. You have no more clue about a paper exercise or what is going on than anyone else. Time is the best maker of money and clearly some of you have none and need £50 for Christmas. | sapper2476
16/12/2015 11:05 | Oh - and then sell s his £10 mil at 12p price offered If you have half a brain you know that won't happen | brandy5911
16/12/2015 10:45 | When joint merger comes together only then will be able to see how HK market takes the take over - I would be surprised if you get any more than 6p I expect RP to drop like a stone ? Who knows | brandy5911
16/12/2015 10:32 | What do u think you will be able to sell at Brandy? Hazard a guess... | isanboi
16/12/2015 09:33 | Not if you wish to exchange shares for over 11p if they are costing you 5p. Well worth the costs | sapper2476
16/12/2015 09:16 | Are they maintaining a listing on the LSE? If not... It isn't cost effective to hold this stock in your nominee account. Higher dealing costs plus annual costs to keep stock in my portfolio. | leadersoffice
16/12/2015 08:30 | shareholders to receive15.7076 Regent Pacific shares for 1 PLE share.current RP price HK$0.091 x 15.7076 = HK$ 1.429 (12.25p) | tidy 2 |
