Gents. Out of interest, who do you hold your shares with? I use x-o and as they do not trade in international markets, they would sell the shares automatically before the official takeover. I'm uneasy with this. Any recommendations where I can trade aim and international? So that I can do a transfer

No competing offer, no dissenting shareholders - should be a formality on 16th.

Surely the point is that although Regent will issue new shares, in return they will own the assets of Plethora! If Regent holders think this is a bad deal they would sell - but are not doing so...

There must be dilution as RP will have to issue new shares. The market is telling us what it is worth though some increase is likely when the offer is firm. I assume there will be an announcement in honk kong in the morning so around midnight tonight our time.

An offer of 12.5p has been made by RP and a firm offer has to be made by the 2nd of Dec, #which is tomorrow!!!
