Djokovic has been angry. Some say it's his way of compensating for no crowds. Anyway, Djokovic out will help the bookies.

I don’t think it’s brave . This is a heavyweight gaming company with strong (likely ahead) revenues

US Open tennis should be generating some gambling action too right now....tennis not a bad sport to bet on as there is no draw outcome to ruin your bet.

What a stupid idea . Why on earth would Playtech want to buy GAN

Tradetech should be flying

More info on the sale would be helpful - confident that they can get a very good price at the moment.

A real shame that they failed to get this strategy through given the profits that they have been generating recently.

Need more news on US entry.

They really should takeover GAN and be done with it - very strong position very quickly but they need to act before the GAN share price gets out of range

TradeTech FY19

Revenue of €67.9 million (2018: €92.9 million) and Adjusted EBITDA of €7.8 million (2018: €29.5 million) decreased significantly due to challenging market conditions in 2019; impairment of intangible assets of €90.1 million

We know TradeTech has had a stellar HY20

Yep $200 - $250m is too cheap. Expect the activist to speak up this pm . Not sure the market is too impressed although the run from £3 has been good

$250m is a lot less than the sum of the parts that were brought together to form Trade Tech but it's underperformance and re-alignment of priorities (US) warrant the sale. I agree with TrentEnd, it's the right time to sell ........ so long as it is a the right price

It was less than a month ago that we were hovering around the £3 mark, so we are in good shape, with I reckon, more to come.

Option 1 - Trade Tech came with some significant performance related payments. I would not be surprised if it goes back to it's original owners.

Option 2 - I know one cashed up Israeli based company in the sector. PLUS

Option 3 - Recently departed CEO and Sagi
