riddlerone: > Remember the last placing where RG bought many of his shares was at 10P

Not sure how much he will need to clear cost of previous acquisitions -

So my thoughts are as follows. Will need funding for sure as reading between the lines investment needed to get to auction process.Bayer/Monsanto joining the trials pretty significant.Delays in auctions could be as Pugugly says possible problems or alternatively could be a purposeful delay as dependent on the trials this could be an auction for the whole company and not just one product.Richard Griffiths holds nearly 40% and i am sure would happily offload the whole lot for the right price. No conflict if no new licenses have been issued so the path would be clear and the sector is rife with consolidation at the moment. All just my thoughts no facts

Watched (and occasionally been in) this company for years. Promises much. Delivers zilch!

They will need to finance the delay imoh. I wondered if the fall in price was pre placing.

Depends on how much you want to risk 16.31-18.06 with Spreadex for a Mar contract and a reasonable size.I agree with you actually its no news so drift down how far who knows.

Impossible to short such a small cap stock - Falling again - Could be burnt bulls having stop losses triggered but (imo) more likely lack of news as announcement of licences were expected by now -

If you really believe that they are in the know then why dont you open a short?

It seems that a few are in the know and selling as fast as they can, we need news.

Falling back fast - Could news be leaking that trials are not going as well as hoped ?

Loos like a worked sell of 1,737,130 at 26.25 or the 1st half of an institutional swapsie - If no marching marks shortly then a worked sell - In either case rns possible as over 1% of shares in issue (147 muillion odd)

This has fallen back since Mr Webb purchased 100/- shares in May. The first signs of a rally could now be on the cards. DYOR

23 May 2017, Richard Webb, Executive Director of the Company, purchased a total of 106,530 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 30 pence per Ordinary Share.

so paying well over market price - Must be confident - Some £30k invested on top of his original holding - Unless a pump up prior to a discounted placing but most unlikely (imo)

I believe that the buyer is still around in the background, after the recent RNS and lack of any further comments, waiting for a seller to appear and then the fun will start again.

Interesting L2 buyside order book collapsed so far as apparent PI investors concerned Only 1 possible PI bid for 1500 shares at 24p. MM's still holding price up but only in bids of 15k at 26p

Could it be that the constant buyer has now filled his boots ? If so and the constant seller/s are prepared to reduce their expecations could we see a signifant fall in the SP?
