Loos like a worked sell of 1,737,130 at 26.25 or the 1st half of an institutional swapsie - If no marching marks shortly then a worked sell - In either case rns possible as over 1% of shares in issue (147 muillion odd)

so paying well over market price - Must be confident - Some £30k invested on top of his original holding - Unless a pump up prior to a discounted placing but most unlikely (imo)

I believe that the buyer is still around in the background, after the recent RNS and lack of any further comments, waiting for a seller to appear and then the fun will start again.

Interesting L2 buyside order book collapsed so far as apparent PI investors concerned Only 1 possible PI bid for 1500 shares at 24p. MM's still holding price up but only in bids of 15k at 26p


Could it be that the constant buyer has now filled his boots ? If so and the constant seller/s are prepared to reduce their expecations could we see a signifant fall in the SP?

Anyone seen a SELL tip - or just a correction after the recent spike - or a late move after the results - Results which (imo) were not as encouraging as expected. Slippage in sales and timelines or the intstituion ? that had been accumulating reached quota.

I remember buying a few of these for £1.50 a few years ago I sold for £2 then they went to about £3... I couldn't believe it when I seen them at 15p... director buys .. new contracts there gotta to be a good upside to this

Well there's the answer. Heavy buying from Chairman and non execs. A big vote of confidence so things could be on the up methinks.

Pugugly, I haven't seen any news anywhere but I think Liberum are still supportive and believe PHC still has "substantial potential". They've fallen a long way from £1.20p in the last 18 months, even allowing for the dilution last year. It's a classic high risk/high reward play but in I'm in profit at the moment and hoping for a lot more. No advice intended.
