Trading and research statements issued. Not (imo) sufficiently encouraging to invest. Cash burn continues and not enough data for me to determine real underlying total sales. Cash approx £7.6 million (I have not adjusted for recent exchange rate changes) and market cap ex ADVFN £22.9 million. $64 million question could be "Is the IP worth significantly more or less than £15 million?

Anyone still following ? Starting to look like the end of the road (imo) Message I receive is that the products have not been delivering on their promise.

Declaration - Was on my watch list some years ago but I had doubts about product cost effectiveness and have just come back to have a quick look -

Agree wiht callumross above - The $65K question is " has the share price failure been due to Management and they were shoved" - or "Product and they bailed out having realised that there were minimal chances of it ever being a commercial success" ??

Very quiet BB and thin trading. I wonder when is the next update or when will we hear more about the Nasdaq ipo? They already spent 1.1M on it so I guess they are committed to the ipo.

I've held these for years but even I would be cautious at buying in at these levels. I have applied for the shares at 10p of course but all this will do is bring down my average price. Share capital will double to 140m shares once these shares are added so market cap at todays price of £35m but only £8m in cash. Funny how these people who have never posted before have suddenly appeared today which suggests a massive pump and dump operation. Be careful!

Plant Health Care, a provider of biological products to global agriculture markets, announced that it has signed a distribution agreement with TH Agri-Chemicals, Inc., for the use of Plant Health Care's (PHC) proprietary Harpin αβ protein technology for foliar application in sSpecialty crops in the central U.S. Commercial terms were not disclosed.

Under this agreement, TH Ag will distribute Harpin protein under the private label brand, Messenger Gold. The technology is particularly well suited to improve plant health in the specialty crops grown in TH Ag's market area.

"Long term relationships like this validate that Harpin technology improves plant health in commercially grown crops.
